In order to study the effect of replacing part of nitrogen fertilizer with organic fertilizer on summer corn yield and nitrogen utilization efficiency in Anhui Province. In this paper, the corn variety of Zhengyuanyu 432 was used as the experimental material, and 4different fertilization treatments including Control no fertilization(T1),Conventional control, habitual fertilization(T2),organic fertilizer replacing 20%N(T3),Organic fertilizer replacing 20%N+functional microbial inoculants(T4),were set up in field experiments, and the effects of different treatments on soil available nutrients, enzyme activities and nitrogen content in various organs of corn were analyzed. The effects of different treatments on summer maize yield and its constituent factors,as well as nitrogen utilization efficiency were determined in Anhui Province.Following results showed below:Firstly, replacing of 20%N with organic fertilizer kept the stable production of summer maize, and significantly improved the apparent utilization efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer, the agronomic utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer, and the contribution rate of fertilizer nitrogen. Moreover, the addition of functional bacteria further increased the yield of summer maize as well as nitrogen harvest index and nitrogen partial productivity in Anhui Province.Secondly, compared with chemical fertilizer treatment, the replacement of 20%N fertilizer by organic fertilizer and the addition of functional microbial inoculants had no significant effects on soil p H,organic matter, the alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, the available phosphorus, the available potassium content,as well as nitrogen content of the above-ground maize tissues.Soil urease and sucrase activities were significantly increased. In addition, the organic fertilizer replacement 20%nitrogen combined with functional microbial agents showed a good promotion effect on soil alkaline phosphatase activity. Finally, under the nitrogen fertilizer application rate of 17kg N/667m~2,replacement of20%chemical nitrogen fertilizer by organic fertilizer did not cause the reduction of soil fertility and above-ground nitrogen absorption, but showed a good effect on soil enzyme activity, which is recommended as the popularized technology in summer maize fields in Anhui Province.Replacement of 20%chemical fertilizer N with Organic fertilizer plus functional microbial inoculants is the best fertilization approach to summer maize in Anhui Province.
