China ranks first in terms of planting area and yield of pears in the world. However, there are some problems in southern orchards, such as acidic soil, low organic matter content and poor soil biological activity, which seriously affect the green development of pear industry. The test site was located in Jianning County,Sanming City,Fujian Province, where the soil was acid red,20-year old Cuiguan pear trees were used as materials and 4 fertilization cycles were conducted from 2015 to 2019 in this study. There were four fertilization treatments:conventional fertilization(CK),soil conditioner(SOA),bio-organic fertilizer(BIO)and combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner. The field trial were conducted to study the effects of different fertilization measures on pear yield, leaf nutrient content, soil physical and chemical properties and microbial activity,to discuss the optimal scheme under different fertilization treatments, and to evaluate the effect of fertilizer cultivation,so as to provide theoretical basis for efficient fertilization technology in acid red soil pear orchard. The main findings are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in yield per treatment in 2018 and 2019.In 2018,the output of BIO treatment and BIO+SOA treatment were significantly increased by 61.2%and 90.2%,respectively,compared with CK.In 2019,the yield was significantly increased by 47.83%and 53.14%,respectively.(2)Compared with CK,the N content of leaves treated by BIO and BIO+SOA was significantly reduced by 9.68%and 11.06%,the K content of leaves was 12.80%and 9.51%,the Ca content of leaves was increased by 8.90%and 17.91%,and the Mg content of leaves treated by BIO+SOA was 16.24%higher than that of the control.(3)Compared with the control group, the organic matter contents of rhizosphere and soil under BIO+SOA treatment were 28.13%,35.90%(2018)and 8.87%,8.73%(2019)respectively.The total nitrogen content in BIO+SOA treatment was 1.14 times and 1.55 times higher than CK,respectively(2019),and the content of available phosphorus in the soil under BIO+SOA treatment was 1.44 times higher than that in the control, while the content of available phosphorus in the soil under BIO+SOA treatment was 1.87 times and 3.23 times higher than that in the control(2019).On the whole, the content of pH,organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and ammonium nitrogen in the soil treated by BIO+SOA shows a trend that the rhizosphere is larger than the soil.Compared with 2018,it shows an increasing trend in 2019.(4)Within two years, the activities of BIO+SOA treatment AG(luben-glucosidase),joy-glucosidase(BG),fibrinosaccharide hydrolase(CBH),leucine aminopeptidase(LAP),n-acetyl-loxy-d glucosaminidase(NAG)and acid phosphatase(ACP)were all higher than CK.In summary, combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner can increase yield, promote leaf growth and improve soil fertility in pear orchard.
