In our country’s agricultural production,the use of chemical fertilizer for vegetables has a very important role to increase production,however,exist in the vegetable production of fertilizer using single and the phenomenon of excessive,excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer caused the increase of production cost,and increase the content of nitrate in vegetables,affect yield and quality of vegetables.In this experiment,the Chinese flowering cabbage variety "60 days sweet Chinese flowering cabbage " was used as the experimental material,and a total of 6 treatments were set up,including treatment(1)A1(CK0): complete blank control,no fertilization at all;Treatment(2)A2(CK): conventional fertilizer,22kg/667 ㎡ nitrogen fertilizer;Treatment(3)A3:20% nitrogen + sheep manure,that is,nitrogen =17.6kg/667 ㎡;Treatment(4)A4:30%nitrogen + sheep manure,that is,nitrogen =15.4kg/667 ㎡;Treatment(5)A5:20% nitrogen reduction + sheep manure + biological microbial fertilizer;Treatment(6)A6:30% reduction of nitrogen + sheep manure + biological microbial fertilizer.Experiments were carried out in spring and summer to study the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungal fertilizer on the growth,photosynthesis,soil microbial content,quality and yield of Chinese flowering cabbage.The results are as follows:1.Experiments in different seasons of spring and summer showed that nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungus fertilizer promoted the growth and development of Chinese flowering cabbage,and increased plant height,stem diameter and leaf number compared with conventional fertilization.Nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer increased the yield of Chinese flowering cabbage in spring and summer.Under the premise of reducing nitrogen and applying organic fertilizer,applying biological fungus fertilizer can further improve the yield of Chinese flowering cabbage.The treatment with 20%nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer had the best performance,reaching the maximum in both spring and summer tests.2.Nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungal fertilizer promoted chlorophyll synthesis,increased net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of leaves,and reduced intercellular carbon dioxide concentration.3.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil was increased and the number of fungi was decreased in the treatment of nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungal fertilizer.4.Nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungal fertilizer increased the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C in vegetable heart,and significantly reduced the content of nitrate in vegetable heart,and the nitrate content was the lowest under the treatment of 30% nitrogen reduction combined fertilizer.In conclusion,in the spring and summer experiments,nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungal fertilizer can promote the growth and development of plants,increase the microbial content in soil,and improve the yield and quality of Chinese flowering cabbage.Among them,the treatment effect of reducing nitrogen 20% combined with organic fertilizer and biological fungus fertilizer is the best...
