The soil conditioner,which is mixed with zeolite,Portland cement clinker and Silica sand,is a soil modified material.Factor A was different amount of soil conditioner(A0:0kg/hm~2;A1:2250kg/hm~2;A2:4500kg/hm~2;A3:6750kg/hm~2).Factor B was different amount of nitrogen fertilizer(B1:112.5kg/hm~2;B2:95.625kg/hm~2;B3:78.75kg/hm~2).Researched to soil pH,cation exchange capacity,available nutrient and soil cadmium content,the agronomic traits of tobacco,the physical indexes,chemical composition,cadmium Content,tobacco economic traits and other aspects of the impact,The main results are as follows:The difference of nitrogen application had no significant effect on soil pH,the application of soil conditioner could significantly increase the soil pH,the soil's pH was A1than A0 increased 0.45~0.54 units,A2 than A0 increased 0.75~0.95 units,A3 than A0increased 1.05~1.34 units;There was no significant change in the amount of soil cation exchange between different treatment;the content of available N and available phosphorus did not change significantly between different treatment,and the content of available potassium in soil was decreased after soil conditioner was applied,the available potassium content of A2 and A3 was significantly lower than A0 treatment.Different treatment had no effect on the total amount of soil cadmium.The application of soil conditioner could reduce the available cadmium content in the soil,the soil's available cadmium was A1 than A0decreased 18.04%,A2 than A0 decreased 31.46%,A3 than A0 decreased 45.17%.The main agronomic traits of plant height,leaf length,leaf width,stem circumference and leaf number decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate,and increased with the increase of soil conditioner dosage,The agronomic traits of A3B1 were the highest.The leaf length,leaf width,leaf weight and leaf thickness of the leaves after treatment were decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate,and increased with the increase of soil conditioner,the leaf length,leaf width,single leaf weight and leaf thickness of A3B1were the highest,There was no obvious change in the rate of stalk;the contents of starch,nicotine and total nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application amount,and increased with the increase of soil conditioner.The starch,nicotine,total nitrogen content of A3B1were the highest.When the amount of soil conditioner was A0and A1,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer decreased will to the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves decreased.When the amount of soil conditioner is A2,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is reduced,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves increases first and then decreases.When the amount of soil conditioner is A3,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is reduced,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves is gradually increased.The total sugar and reducing sugar content of A3B3was the highest.The increase of soil conditioner,the content of chlorine in tobacco leaves decreased gradually,and the content of potassium increased gradually;The content of cadmium in tobacco leaves with the amount of soil conditioner increased the cadmium in tobacco leaves was reduced.The cadmium content of tobacco treated with A3 was the lowest.The output value yield was the highest in A2B2,yield was the highest in A3B1,the first-class tobacco proportion is highest in A2B3,the middle-class tobacco proportion is highest in A2B2,average price is highest in A2B2.
