Research On The Development Of Seed Industry Strategies In Shang Hai Farm

Great nations are based on agriculture;meanwhile,agriculture is based on its seed industry.China is a big agricultural country,which brings crop seed industry as a national strategic core industry.In this study,we first analyzing the development process and current situation of the seed industry domestic and overseas,to discover the trend of the future seed industry and come up with countermeasures for high quality management and running of the seed industry.Secondly,we analyse the effects on our seed industry development by the domestic and overseas economic policies and agricultural production factors.Based on these findings,we further analyse the recent development of Shanghai Farm and its challenges in future.Finally,drawn from the successful examples from overseas or domestic seed companies,we propose the development strategies of the Shanghai Farm seed industry as below.(1)Start from customs and markets,and position the company properly.Give fully play of the advantages on crop production in Shanghai Farm to establish brand on conventional rice and wheat market.Meanwhile,pay attention to the improvement of enterprise's own service level,scientific research level and management level.(2)Establish a modern enterprise system as taking the reformation of state-owned enterprises as one opportunity and fully release enterprise vitality.Grasp the basic spirit of Shanghai soe reform and take a bold exploration and innovation and weaken the "official standard" thought.Take the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise as the work orientation and balance the internal or external focuses.(3)Take the industry reform as one opportunity,enhance the competitiveness of enterprise through merger and reorganization.Put ecological strategic thinking as an important guide and set up with win-win concept.Create 1+1>2 effect by means of merger and reorganization.Therefore,the objective assessment and rational analysis of the living conditions of the farm will enhance the quality management and running of the seed industry and help the development of the Shanghai Farm.
