Research On The Effect Of Grassland Ecological Protection Policy In Xinyuan County

In order to improve the grassland ecological environment and promote the rapid development of economy of a pasturing area,China began to implement in 2003 and launched a comprehensive pasturelandrehabilitation project from 2000,began to establish a comprehensive grassland ecological protection grants incentives in 201 1.In order to protect the Xinjiang grassland ecology in Xinyuan County as the research object,has effect on the grassland Xinyuan County Ecological Protection Policy and implementation issues in the process of analysis,to further improve and promote the grassland ecological protection policy has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Through literature review,back at home and abroad to pasture,as well as the research and practice of herdsmen grassland ecological subsidies mechanism,a comprehensive analysis of the situation of the implementation of the grassland ecological protection policy in Xinyuan County;field investigation by questionnaire on the implementation of the grassland ecological protection policy in Xinyuan County;statistics the analysis method,after the implementation of the policy of Xinyuan county economic,social and ecological effects of the objective analysis and research and the main problems in the process of policy implementation,put forward countermeasures.Then draw the following conclusions:(1)the grassland ecological protection policy,pastoral environment has been significantly improved,the proportion of poisonous grass decreased,the yield and quality of grass group obviously increased,grassland degradation phenomenon has been improved;(2)the herdsmen mainly engaged in animal husbandry,the herdsmen living conditions improved significantly,but in the production and living expenses also increased;(3)and to recognize the importance of grassland ecological protection,and actively cooperate with the implementation of the grassland ecological protection policy,but the pastoral infrastructure is not perfect,the problem of forage shortage,and interests are not protected,resulting in their enthusiasm for the grassland ecological protection reduced.
