Study On The Implementation Of Protection Policy Of Ancient Cypress In Shudao Of Jiange County

Ancient and famous trees are witnesses to the changing development trend of a city,and have important utilization value in culture and art,green ecology,vacation and tourism,scientific research,social economy and other fields.Since the 1980 s,the competent forestry authorities of the state have gradually carried out in-depth investigation,filing and rectification work,and promulgated relevant laws to continuously strengthen the protection of ancient and famous trees.However,in the practice process,"policy hibernation","policy failure","policy weakness" and other situations occur from time to time,and with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process and large-scale rural demolition and renovation,problems such as the wilting and damage of ancient and famous trees and illegal logging continue to appear.This article will intones cooper protection policy as the research object,Based on the questionnaire survey of the staff of forestry department and ordinary citizens in Jiange County,the Smith policy implementation model is applied.It is found that there are some problems in the implementation of ancient cypress protection policy in Jiange County,such as insufficient function of policy guarantee system,insufficient motivation of policy implementation subjects,insufficient frequency of public participation in policy implementation,and insufficient resource support for policy implementation.The causes of these problems are analyzed from four aspects: idealized policy,implementation agencies,target groups and environmental factors.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the supporting mechanism of the protection policy of the ancient cypress on the Shu Road,strengthening the implementation of the protection policy,strengthening the policy publicity,enhancing the participation of the public,and strengthening the resource allocation of the protection policy on the Shu Road in Jiange County,to solve the problems in the implementation of the protection policy of the ancient Cypress on the Shu Road.Thus,the effect of policy implementation can be further improved.In general,on the one hand,it is also a strong support for the implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization,the implementation of the new development concept,and the building of an ecological civilization.It plays a prominent guiding role in promoting harmony between man and nature,and promoting clear waters and lush mountains as gold and silver mountains to the hearts of people.on the other hand,the solutions proposed in this paper are practical and operable.The implementation and resolution of local policies and environmental policies have some reference,and also contribute to a more in-depth discussion of the implementation of the ancient cypress policy on the Shu Road.
