Study On Cultivation Techniques Of Hippophae Rhamnoides Plantation

In order to preliminarily identify the growth adaptability and most effective cultivation techniques of fructus hippophae in Jinzhong Prefecture,Shanxi Province,we selected 5 kinds of fructus hippophae from Liaoning Fuxin Oasis Fructus Hippophae Breeding Extension Research Institute as subject investigated,including biennial Late autumn red,Champion Huang which introduced in 2006,biennial XiangYang introduced in 2008,biennial Siberia Flush and September Huang introduced in 2012.Make the research of fructus hippophae' growth under four kinds of treatment:pruning and fertilization,pruning,fertilization,comparison,preliminary study on the growth characteristics,leaf characteristics,chlorophyll content and stress resistance under different treatments.The results are as follow:Phenological Phase:The germination period,bud opening period,leafing period of these 5 kinds of Fructus Hippophae are similar.September Huang is the earliest to enter to the germination period,bud opening period and early leafing period.The first get into the frutescence period is Champion Huang.Siberia Flush is the second one,but the first one come into the end of growth cycle.The last one get into the each period is Xiangyang,but also the last one comes into the end of growth cycle.Among the varieties of fructus hippophae,the longest annual growth cycle is September Huang with 236days;the shortest is Siberia Flush,218days.Growth performance:These 5 varieties of fructus hippophae are all normally growth,development,flowering and fruiting in Shanxi experimental area.But different varieties of fructus hippophae have great difference in growth,preservation and adaptability.September Huang has the greatest preservation rate and Siberian Flush has the lowest rate.Xiangyang has the best growth adaptability in Shanxi,followed by Late Autumn Red,September Huang and Champion Huang,these 4 fructus hippophae have strong growth and adaptability in experimental area.The worst growth adaptability in Shanxi is Siberian Flush with shorter plants and higher mortalityPruning&Fertilization treatment have the most significant effect on the plant height,crown width,ground diameter,shoots,length and width of blade,weight of flesh leaves and dry leaves,leaf number,buds number and chlorophyll content of fructus hippophae,and has obvious promotion on the leaf length-width ratio.Among these 5 kinds of fructus Hippophae,September Huang has the most significant response after pruning and fertilization.Pruning treatment promote the growth on plant height,crown width,ground diameter,shoots,length and width of blade,leaf length-width ratio,weight of flesh leaves and dry leaves,leaves number,buds number and chlorophyll content of fructus hippophae,September Huang has the most significant response after pruning.Fertilization treatment has the most obvious effect on the leaf length-width ratio,and also had a significant promotion effect on shoots,length and width of blade,weight of flesh leaves,leaves number and chlorophyll content of fructus hippophae.There is no significant change in plant height,crown width,ground diameter,weight of dry leaves and buds number.In conclusion,the most effective cultivation techniques for growth,enhancing the nutrient composition and increasing photosynthesis of fructus hippophae in Jinzhong Prefecture,Shanxi Province is pruning and fertilizing,besides,the most effective cultivation techniques for increasing the ratio of leaf length-width,improving the antireversion force and drought resistance is fertilization.
