High yield,stability and adaptability are important reference indicators for evaluating the value of promotion of a variety.In this thesis,based on the data of corn hybrid rice Ruiyu 16 participating in the Sichuan regional trial,the high yield,stability and adaptability,with a view to clarifying its potential growing advantages and a more suitable region.The proper row spacing of corn is the most economically effective and easy way to popularize and apply in various yield-increasing cultivation measures,but along with the increasing of planting density,the plant grows tall then lodging of corn.so the application of chemical control technology while increasing planting density,it is necessary to control the plant height of corn.Therefore,this thesis intended to study the application effect of three plant growth mediation agents at different density on Ruiyu 16 in order to find out the optimal cultivation density of Ruiyu 16 in combination.The experiment adopted a two-factor cracking zone design.The planting density was dominated by treatment A,with4 levels,A1,42850/hm~2,A2,50000/hm~2,A3,57150/hm~2,and A4,64300/hm~2.Plant growth mediation agents for the sub-treatment B with 4 levels,B1,clear water;B2,Aminoethephon;B3,Olefin Ethephon;B4,Naphthalene acetate Ethephon,best for plant growth mediation agents,Spraying with optimum plant growth mediation agent concentration at different densities.The trials were conducted in Ya'an and Shuangliu,Sichuan,in 2016 and 2017.The main results follows.1?The average yield of Ruiyu's 16-year regional experiment was 8561.3 kg/hm~2,11.8%higher than the average yield of the control Chuandan 14,and the yield increase rate was 100%;the average high-stable coefficient of Ruiyu 16 for 2 years was 77.46%,which was 7.50%higher than Chuandan 14;its stability coefficient bi value is stable and close to1 for 2 years,which shows that Ruiyu 16 was good yield and great potential for yield increasing.It is a high-yield and stable production variety.When the environmental index is between 4500-12000kg/hm~2,Ruiyu 16 compared with the Chuandan 14,there was a higher rate of yield increasing,especially between 7500-12000kg/hm~2,The increasing rate of both years exceeded 10%which shows that Ruiyu 16 is more suitable for a wide range of cultivation and has better promote application value,especially in high-level corn planting areas.2?With the increasing of the density,the plant height and ear height increased continuously,showing A4>A3>A2>A1,and the difference was significant;the field lodging rate showed A4>A3>A2>A1;spike length,ear row number and The 100-grain weight decreased as the density increased;the yield changes showed that in Ya'an it was A2,A3>A4>A1,and in the Shuangliu A3>A2,A4>A1,comprehensively,the plant density of Ruiyu 16 is the highest yield with 50000-57150 plants/hm~2.3?The application of three kinds of plant growth regulator could significantly control the plant heights and ear heights of Ruiyu 16,and the average plant height and ear height of B2 treatment decreased by 2.79%and 6.88%in Ya'an,decreased by 2.68%and 6.12%,respectively.B3 treatment decreased by 3.27%,7.43%,and 2.65%,6.57%,respectively,and B4 treatment decreased by 3.18%,7.92%,and 2.41%,4.93%,respectively;those three plant growth regulator help to reduced the field lodging rate,with B3 treatment lodging rate being the lowest,the average lodging rates were 5.94%and 5.41%,in Ya'an and Shuangliu;And increase the stem diameter between the 4th and 5th internodes under the ear,Growth regulators significantly increase yield by increasing ear length,kernels per row,and 100-kernel weight.4?The result of interaction between density and plant growth regulator showed that:for plant height and ear height,B2 treatment has the best effect of reducing dwarfs at the density of A1 and A2,and B3 treatment at A3 and A4 density has the best effect of reducing dwarf;The effect of the rule is basically the same as plant height and ear height;under low density(A1)application of plant growth regulators,ear length,kernels per row,and 100-kernel weight are significantly reduced,and at medium and high densities(A2,A3,A4),application plant growth regulators,ear length,kernels per row,and 100-kernel weight increase;Ya'an region,2016 and 2017 A2B2 treatment yields were the highest,respectively 9653.6kg/hm~2 and 9518.0kg/hm~2,2017 Shuangliu area A3B3 treatment yield The highest reached 9482.1kg/hm~2.In summary,the optimal solution for the popularization and reduction of low density of Ruiyu 16 in different ecological regions is that the optimum planting density is50000-57150 plants/hm~2 in the basin-wide mountain area represented by Ya'an,with the use of Aminoethephon,In 2016 and 2017,it will increase revenue by 681.2 yuan/hm~2 and 592.6yuan/hm~2 respectively;in the plain area represented by Shuangliu,the optimum planting density is 57150 plants/hm~2,and the production is the highest with the application of Olefin Ethephon,increased income by 448.3 yuan/hm~2.This provided technical support for the chemical control cultivation and density control cultivation of Ruiyu 16.
