Hippophae rhamnoides L.has high values in economy and environment.It is both an important species to the development of economy and a better species for ecological construction.Seabuckthorn is a plant of Hippophae L.,Elaeagnaceae,having high ecological value and economic value,which is a good plant for the province of Qinghai's ecological construction.But the research in Qinghai is so little that they almostly know nothing about it.Therefore,to slove the problem that the sharply need of Seabuckthorn and accelerate the pace of its construction,we do research on some seabuckthorn,including Xiangyang,Chuyi,we do many tests.Firstly,let them live in different situatings and different matrixes.Secongdly,the influence of dirrferent concentration of GGR diamine and phosphate diamine on them.Finally,the research's purpose is giving supportion to Qinghai.The results show that:1.(1) In the greenhouse,field and mulching conditions,The survival rate of sea buckthorn cutting are highest under the treatment of IBA and GGR6;The survival rate of Hun Jin are highest among different species,Xiang Yang,Chu Yi followed,China and Russia hybrid,Sea buckthorn without thorns and the Chinese sea buckthorn are difficult to survive; Five species of sea buckthorn survival rate for cutting greenhouse> mulching> field.(2) The seedling germination rate and the growth of Xiang Yang,Chu Yi and Sea buckthorn without thorns are significant under concentration of 30 mg/kg of GGR.Chinese sea buckthorn > Xiang Yang> Chu Yi(3) Under the different application of DAP,the root diameter,plant height,dry weight and root length of Xiang Yang,Chu Yi and Chinese sea buckthorn are best when fertilizing capacity of 20 kg /acre.Chinese sea buckthorn > Xiang Yang> Chu Yi.In species and the use of DAP,the size of the dry weight have significant interaction,the Chinese sea buckthorn have good growth in low-fat,and the growth of Xiang Yang and Chu Yi are good in high-fat.(4) In different matrix conditions,the survival rate and growth are different with each other.When they are in same matrix conditions,China seabuckthorn is the best of the three,and then the Chuyi,Xiangyang is the worst.The growth effect is much better when the matrix has forest soil and sand with the ratio of 1:3.They are almost same when the matrix has forest soil and sand with the ratio of 1:1.Ther both live not well when they live in sand.(5) All of them live much more better when they are in good conditions in HuZHu county,Qinghai province.The Xiangyang and China seabuckthorn's survival rates are best in the three conditions.The China seabuckthorn's high growth and path to growth is best of the three,Chuyi is the worst.The growth of Chuyi is much better when it lives in Leijiabao mountain of Shatangchuan town,while Xiangyang and China seabuckthorn live better in Lijiacun of Dongshan town.2.Though the experiments of seedling and cultivation of Hippophae rhamnoides in the Qinghai high-altitude cold-arid areas,techniques of seedling and cultivation of Hippophae rhamnoides were proposed.The suitable condition for cutting propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides L.was IBA 50mg/L or GGR6+greenhouse+forest soil:ratio(1:3).
