Potato is the important food,vegetable and forage crops.In recent years,in order to breed new potato processing varieties with good quality,high yield and strong adaptability,our research group have made tow hybrid combinations of ‘Si Cai×M?' and ‘Si Cai×Long Shu7' according to the principle of the parent matching of with large genetic difference,and finally selected and bred three new strains NNS-07?NNS-08 and NNS-09 with excellent comprehensive traits.In the present research,I combined the methods of field observation with laboratory determination,using the parents as the control,mainly to compare and analyze the main characters,chromosome configuration and SSR fingerprint of three new strains.The main results are as follows:1.The research showed that strains NNS-07 and NNS-08 were mid-early varieties,and the strain NNS-09 was mid-late variety.All new strains were erect plant type,concentrated and tidy tuber and eye shallow.However,there were significant differences among potato varieties for tuber shape,tuber skin color and tuber flesh color.2.The yield of the three new strains showed outstanding performance.The average yield ranged from 0.95 kg to1.17 kg,and the commodity potato rate was more than 85%.The dry matter content and starch content of tubers ranged from 21.22% to 24.39% and14.94% to 17.39%,respectively.The strains NNS-07 and NNS-09 were suitable for granules processing,strains NNS-07 are suitable for potato chips processing.3.The pollen fertility rates of three new strains were all more than 60%,and the chromosome pairing configuration of the new strains were 5.72?+11.25?+3.78?+2.11?,2.36?+13.32?+2.33?+2.79?,2.36?+15.38?+1.44?+2.64?,respectively.4.Using 6 SSR appropriate primers to amplify six potato materials,a total of 66 clear and stable polymorphic bands were detected and the polymorphic ratio was 91.66%.The experiment established a SSR fingerprint that could distinguish the three new strains and their parents.
