Some Pharmacodynamics,Toxicology And Clinical Effects Of Callicarpanudiflora Power

Callicarpanudiflora belongs to Verbenaceae Callicarpa genus,with dry leaves are used as medicine,located in Guangdong,Hainan,Guangxi and other places.According to the records in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia",callicarpanudiflorae have the functions of relieving poisons,treating sputum,swelling and throat embolism,anti-inflammatory detoxification,and dampness.Callicarpanudiflora is a single herb medicine,including dosage forms of capsules,powders,tablets and granules,is a clinical standing drug,is mainly used for the treatment of burns,scalds,traumatic bleeding and other treatment,postpartum hemorrhage oral recovery,purulent inflammation,especially for postpartum recovery and inflammation subside.The pharmacodynamics,toxicology,and clinical effects of Callicarpanudiflora power have not been studied scientifically.Therefore,based on the anti-inflammatory,bacteriostasis,hemostasis,and growth promoting effects of Callicarpanudiflora,a series of studies on the end of nude flower purple beads were carried out in combination with the data of pharmacological toxicology.Experimental studies have shown that Callicarpanudiflora power has antibacterial activity against standard strains of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli etc.In the anti-inflammatory test,the mice ear swelling degree was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the blank control group(P<0.05),indicating that Callicarpanudiflora powder had anti-inflammatory effects.In the anticoagulant experiment,the clotting time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.01),indicating that Callicarpanudiflora powder had a significant coagulation effect.In the acute toxicity test of Callicarpanudiflora powder,the LD50 was found to be less toxic to Callicarpanudiflora powder,and no LD50 was measured.It was deduced that the LD50 was greater than 5 000 mg/kg body weight.In the long-term toxicity test of Naked Flower Purple Beads,after 90 days of feeding experiments in rats,there was no toxic reaction of Callicarpanudiflora powder to rats,no clinical signs were abnormal,body weight,organ index,blood biochemistry,etc.No abnormalities were foundin histopathological examinations.The experiment of the safety of Callicarpanudiflora powder on the target animal pigs showed that the 1,3,and 5 times doses of nude purple bead were continuously added in the pig feed for 28 days.Differences in hematological indexes and blood biochemical indexes between pigs in the experimental group and the control group Not significant,safe for target animal pigs.The experiment of feeding pigs with Callicarpanudiflora powder was carried out.The average weight gain and average feed compensation index of the pigs were measured and found to be 0-14 days,15-28 days and 29-42 days.Most of the experimental groups were better than blank control.Group height,serum biochemical indicators and nutrient digestibility,most of the differences are not significant.Throughout the feeding experiment,the experimental group did not show diarrhea and death,and in the promotion of pig growth experiments,with Callicarpanudiflorae dose was more effective.Conclusion: Callicarpanudiflora power have anti-inflammatory,coagulation,inhibit Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli,Salmonella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa growth.To a certain extent,there are also advantages of promoting animal growth,increasing feed returns,and having fewer side effects.
