Selection And Study On Toxicology, Pharmacodynamics Of Yandureqing Liquid Injection For Chinese Veterinary Medicine

"Yandureqing"is a Chinese traditional medicine injection which was made of Fructus Flos Lonicerae, Forsythiae, Radix Scutellariae and other medicines. It mainly be used for treating warm heat disease with clinical symptom of fever and inflammatory. In this study we have a preliminary research in"yandureqing"with the toxicology and pharmacodynamics, which makes basis for experimental and theoretical in clinical applications.In the study of composition and preparation selection, Cup method for antibacterial action experiments was used. Comparing with formula 1~6, formula A ~ F showed significant antibacterial activity, especially Formula F. The Formula 6 showed better activity among the formula 1 ~ 6. But all formulas have no effect on E. coli. So Formula F was selected to be the best formula.In toxicology tests, experiments results showed that after a 30g ? kg-1 were administered intragastrically and 70g ? kg-1 intraperitoneally, the mice were all normal and no death in seven days. In order to know the Long-term toxicity for rats, three dose groups (10g ? kg-1,20g ? kg-1 and 30g ? kg-1) were given by intraperitoneal injection. The impact of body weight for mice was more significant for female than male, which showed that there are differences between male and female. The liver coefficient and kidneys coefficient increased and the thymus coefficient decreased at 30g ? kg-1. Compared with the control group, hematologic indices for the drug group had no significant difference (P>0.05). It indicated that there was no significant impact on blood parameters when the dosage was up to 30g ? kg-1 ? d-1. The impact of blood biochemistry for mice showed that there was no significant difference between every test group and control group (P>0.05); The results showed that there was no significant impact on blood biochemistry of mice when injecting this drug .In pharmacology tests, this drug can inhibit ear swelling significantly in mice ear swelling model, can decrease the stimulation pain reaction of mice in acetic acid writhing model, and can relieve fever in yeast fever model. The result of immune test showed that this drug can promote engulfment capability of mononuclear phagocyte and increase the contents of immune cytokines IL-2, have no effect on immune organ and can not change significantly to contents of immune cytokines INF-γ, TNF-α.Therefore,"Yandureqing"formula is reasonable. It has many activities such as anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic.
