Study On The Pharmacodynamics,Pathology And Clinical Test Of Yinhuang Gan Granules

In this study,the effect of pharmacodynamics,toxicological and clinical application of Yinhuang Gan granuleswere studied.Objective to explore the application effect and safety stability of Yinhuang Gan granules as natural,pollution-free,low residual veterinary drugs in livestock and poultry production.In order to explore the pharmacodynamics efficacy of Yinhuang Gan granules,bacteriostatic test,anti-endotoxin test,anti-inflammatory test,antipyretic test and antitussive test were studied in this research.The results of each experiment are as follows : Result of bacteriostatic test in vivo: The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Yinhuang Gan granules Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus pneumoniae were found to be 7.8,mg/m L,3.9 mg/m L,7.8 mg/m L,and 125 mg / kg,respectively;The minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were 15.6 mg/m L,15.6 mg/m L,7.8 mg/m L,250 mg/m L,respectively.Result of bacteriostatic test in vitro: Compared with the control group,Yinhuang Gan granules can significantly reduce the number of deaths caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,numbers of Yinhuang Gan granules reduce endotoxin induced mice deaths has no significant differences(P>0.05),but has a tendency to decrease.The anti-inflammatory effect of different doses of Yinhuang Gan granules group was significantly better than that of dexamethasone group and normal saline group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group there was no significant difference in inhibitory effect of Yinhuang Gan granules on silver fever induced by endotoxin in rabbits,but there is a decreasing trend(P>0.05).80%,60%,and 40% of Yinhuang Gan granules on male mice have a significant antitussive effect(P<0.05);40% of Yinhuang Gan granules had significant antitussive effect on female mice(P<0.01).In this study,the acute toxicity of Yinhuang Gan granules was determined by LD50,and the maximum tolerated dose was determined to provide the basis for clinical safe medication.In addition,the long-term toxicity experiment provides the basis for clinical safe medication.The results are as follows:The maximum tolerated dose was 90 g/kg,which was in line with the clinical standard.during the test period,the control group had normal behavior,and was in good condition.After irrigation,the animals in the experimental group were generally in good condition.At the administration period and the end of the experiment,there was no obvious abnormality in each group compared with the control group,and there were no significant changes in blood biochemical indexes and conventional indexes.Compared with the control group,there was no significant change in the histological examination of the viscera.Through the target animal safety test,experimental clinical trials and expanded clinical trials,obtained results: The effect of Yinhuang Gan granules on the clinical fever and cough pigs has obvious effect of lowering temperature and stopping cough,and the efficacy is stable.Conclusion: Yinhuang Gan granules has antibacterial,anti-endotoxin,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and antitussive effect and little toxicity,clinical efficacy,efficacy and stability.
