There are a lot of forest residues in the forest areas of China.It caused a waste of resources and a huge potential safety hazard,which seriously affected the normal work and safety of the forest area.And these forest residues can serve as fuel for combustion,and they can also serve as an additive for feed.However,these forest residues need to be crushed for further processing and development.The reality is that most of the tree raw materials are distributed in the mountains.The terrain is complex,and the trees are densely distributed.It is difficult for large-scale crushing equipment to reach relevant operation sites.The lower bulk density and transport efficiency are also the reasons why forestry biomass resources are not easy to collect and handle.The use of a flexible walking grinder in the mountain forest area can effectively solve the problem of the forest remainder in the utilization of inter forest residue.This resource can be utilized efficiently to improve the utilization of such biomass resources.Based on the current situation of forestry resources,combined with the characteristics of forest residues,the crushing mechanism is installed on crawler chassis.A design scheme of crawler grinder which can walk freely in forest is put forward,and the overall structure and key parts of the grinder are designed in detail.The crushing mechanism part is analyzed emphatically,and the crushing form of crawler type grinder is determined.The overall design and key parts design of the crushing mechanism are also carried out.Building a three-dimensional model in Solidworks environment.The static analysis and modal analysis of the machine frame are carried out with ANSYS Workbench software to verify that the stiffness and strength of the machine meet the requirements of use,and the resonance phenomenon will not occur during the working process.The core parts are simulated by motion,and the core parts are optimized.It ensures the stability and safety of crawler type forest grinder,and provides the basis and direction for the development and development of subsequent products.The crawler running mechanism and the whole machine are tested.The running performance and test results of crawler chassis are obtained,and the results are analyzed and compared.This paper is the design and research of crawler type forest grinder.Crawler type forest grinder can crush forest residues in situ.It is easy to arrive at the work place and crush the accumulated forest residues into sawdust,and then it can be easily transported through the relevant truck.It can effectively improve the utilization rate of biomass resources.The design and development of crawler type forest grinder provides experience for the design and development of forest wood crushing equipment.
