Sand shrubs are important vegetation for drought and semi-arid wind and sand fixation and improvement of soil structure in China,and play a vital role in the control of China's land.Because shrubs have the physical characteristics of rejuvenation,it is necessary to timely shrub the shrubs to promote plant growth.At present,there are shortcomings such as low efficiency,low safety and poor quality of flat boring machines in China.In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign flat knitting machines,this paper studies and designs a shrub flat knitting machine with small overall size,flexible operation,high efficiency and stable work.Analyze the growth environment,biological characteristics,cutting characteristics,cutting methods and cutting types of domestic shrubs,study the mechanism of shrubs,analyze the movement and stress of cutting tools during cutting,and discuss the factors affecting the sawing force.The object is analyzed and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of similar equipment at home and abroad,combined with the technical requirements of Pingyi,the structural and functional requirements of the flat-panel equipment and the technical parameters,the design scheme and technical parameters of the small crawler shrub flat knitting machine are determined.Reasonably arrange the walking mechanism,the flat tool assembly,the material feeding device,the support adjustment mechanism,the base and other components to complete the overall design of the bush flat knitting machine.After the 3D model of the whole machine is built by Solidworks software,it is imported into ANSYS Workbench software,and the static analysis and modal analysis of the cutting spindle are carried out to verify whether the stiffness and strength meet the design requirements,avoid the resonance phenomenon of the machine during the working process,and ensure the track.The stability and safety of the shrubber flatbed machine work.Prototype trial production was carried out,and the shrub flatness tester and the flat walking ability and climbing ability of the crawler chassis were tested and the test results were analyzed.In this paper,the research and research on the shrub flat rake machine is carried out,and the test results are analyzed.The design is suitable for the cutting and growing of Salix psammophila and Caragana korshinskii for 3 to 5 years,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
