| Rice and Rape play important roles in normal life of human, and they also have certain medicinal function. Selenium is one of the 16 kinds of essential trace elements for human. It also plays an important role in human health. It has the function of antioxidant, anticancer and physiological functions of antioxidant. Se in human body mainly comes from food., but it can't self-synthesis. Two-thirds of the region belongs to the environment where Se is not enough. Accordingly, we find it is necessary to satisfy the needs of Se immediately. What is more, organic Se is better absorbed by the body than inorganic Se. So it is a good method to improve the absorption of body by increasing the Se content in grain and oil. The product of Se food is an important method to improve the absorption level of Se, not in China but all over the world. And it has a bright future and for-reaching significance.In this study, we must find out the suitable concentration of sodium eremite which is sprayed on rice and rape, at Han Yin country, An Kang city, and Shan Xi province, and then, promote it to the production at this region. At the same time, we should find out the migration aptitude of Se in different parts under different concentration, and combine with the result of study, in order to achieve the maximum use of Se.The main results of this study are as follows:Foliar spray of Se can significantly increase the Se content of rice and with the increasing concentration of Se which are sprayed, the Se content of rice also increase. It can satisfy the requirement of Rich Se Rice by spraying the sodium selenium whose concentration is 100mg/kg. But after Se treatment, the content of Se in different parts of rice will change over time, and it also has different results when putting this different contents.At the beginning of the Se treatment, the content of Se in compared stems change little, while the content of Se in Se treated stems significantly increase in the range from 305% to1087%, and the Se content increase in ccontrol leaves, decrease less than 50%amplitude in other Se treated leaves. The Se content of the rice decrease in the control, but the others remaining rice's Se content rises. The third one has larger amplitude; the rest is less than 40%.In the mature stage, the control stems, leaves and the Se content of rice shows an increasing trend. The increased sequence in comparison:leaves, rice, stems. And in low-Se treatment,the Se content of stems and rice shows a decreasing trend,leaves change little,the change order is:stems, rice, leaves. While the Se content in high-Se treatment shows a decreasing trend, the order is rice, stems, leaves.The Se content in Se treated terms increase.1.22-19.08 times, leaves increase.0.74-38.15 times and paddy increase 5.31-97.50 times, rice increase 4.33-44.67 times.The migration rate of Se content in rice's different parts is the same with elements. At first, it decrease over time, and it is related to the diluted concentration of Se which is caused by rapid increasing of biomass during that period. But the reason why different concentration of Se can cause different changes in different parts over time, so it should be further explored.2.Foliar spray of Se can significantly increase the Se content of rape and during the increasing concentration of Se, the grains' Se content also increase. So this kind of grain is more suitable for the requirement of Rich Se Food. After Se treatment, the Se content in different parts of rape largely decrease over time, and the content of Se in each part has different results with the comparison.The decreased magnitude of Se content in all the treatment, root is small, and it is less than 40%. And the Se content of stem has significantly decreased in the range from33.33% to 63.97%. Moreover, the Se content of compare leaves increased in short time, more stable in the long time. But Se content of leaves which is under treatment decrease continuously in the range from 39.90% to 71.25%. Further more, the Se content of grains decrease in the range from 10.26% to 54.17%.Se content of the treatment root increase by 1.24-9.44 times, in stems, it is 1.10-21.07 times higher than the comparisons. Se content of leaves increase by 0.83-18.31 times and it increases 0.38-10.34 times in grain.The change of root is the smallest change in the influence of time which is caused by spraying different concentrations of Se on the different parts of rape. While other parts of Se content significantly reduce over time. It is mainly because the rapid grows quickly during the test, and the biomass of each part quickly increases. It can lead to the dilution of the Se concentration, and the decrease of Se contends. But the reason why spraying different concentrations of Se over time will result in the decrease of Se in different conditions which should be further explored. |
