Selenium is an indispensable nutrient element for human beings.When selenium deficiency is serious,there will be many kinds of diseases.At the same time,China is a large selenium deficient country,ordinary crops can not meet people’s daily needs,so it is a feasible way to cultivate selenium rich crops artificially to supplement selenium for people.In this experiment,14 rice fields(5 mu per field)were sprayed with selenium enriching agents(CK:0g/hm2;fx01:7.5g/hm2;fx02:15g/hm2)at full heading stage,and the growth of rice plants and the distribution of total selenium content in each organ,total selenium and three organic combined selenium in rice were analyzed In order to provide a theoretical basis for the safety of selenium rich agricultural products,the effects of long-term condition,the content of total selenium in various organs and the distribution of total selenium and three organic combined selenium in rice were studied.The following are the research results:1.Foliar selenium-enriching agents can increase the total selenium content of various parts of rice plants.The selenium content of various organs of rice increased with the increase of selenium content in the selenium-enriched agent.The leaves,stems,polished rice,roots and rice husks of each organ under different treatments during the rice harvest period increased by 4.65~7.08 times and 2.76 respectively compared with the control CK~3.38 times,2.42~8.48 times,1.44~3.50 times and 1.19~4.71 times.And the selenium content in polished rice reached the maximum value of 0.348 mg/kg under FX02 treatment,which was 8.48 times higher than the control.The selenium content of polished rice under FXO1 treatment reached 0.126 mg/kg,which was 2.42 times higher than that of the control.2.Spraying selenium-enriched agent not only increased the content of total selenium and organic selenium in rice,but also increased the ratio of organic selenium in rice.Among them,the FX02 selenium-enriched treatment has the best effect:the concentration of organic selenium in rice polished rice can be 312.32 μg/kg which is 9.83 times that of the control group,and the proportion of organic selenium in total selenium can reach 88.62%,and the control group is 71.39%.3.The application of selenium-enriched agent can significantly increase the content of the three combined organic selenium in rice polished rice,alkali-extracted protein,polysaccharide and RNA selenium.FX02 treatment is the best.However,the seleniumenriched treatment only has an obvious effect of increasing the ratio of organic selenium in polished rice,but it has no obvious effect on the ratio of alkali-extracted protein selenium and polysaccharide selenium to the total selenium content,and has a significant effect on the ratio of RNA selenium to the total selenium content The reason is that the effect of selenium-enriched treatment on the total selenium of polished rice is much greater than that of RNA selenium.4.Rice yield is not greatly affected by selenium in the selenium-enriched agent.The rice yield decreased by 5.51%under FX01 treatment,and the rice yield decreased by 4.27%under FX02 treatment,but none reached a significant level.5.The application of selenium-enriched agent increased the dry matter weight of rice,but it had little to do with the selenium content in selenium-enriched agent.Among them,FX01 treatment increased by 17.52%and FX02 treatment increased by 26.78%.However,compared with FX01 treatment,the whole plant dry matter weight of FX02 treatment increased by 7.88%,but did not reach a significant level.6.The SPAD value of rice leaves sprayed with selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer had no significant effect.No matter the filling period(October 11)or milk ripening period(October 28),there was no significant difference in the SPAD value of each treatment of rice leaves. |
