The CAN bus used in typical small cars is mainly divided into power can bus and comfort / information can bus.Comfort / information can bus mainly realizes the electronic control of interior lamps,external lamps,driver's door lock and window,passenger side door lock and window,wiper,rearview mirror,etc.The introduction of can technology in China is relatively late.Under the environment of rapid development of international automotive electronic technology,it is also developing at a high speed.However,most domestic brand automobile enterprises have not yet established their own can protocol standards,and the standards of parts suppliers are mainly used in the design,which leads to the difficulty in unifying the CAN protocol of the whole automobile and restricting the development of new models.In this paper,the CAN bus of a domestic car is designed,mainly completes the overall design of multi ECU communication system of comfort / information can bus,analyzes the control function of each node in the system in detail,analyzes and designs the application layer of CAN protocol,and designs the CAN bus network of four door control modules in detail.It realizes the automatic opening and closing function of the door in various environments and working conditions,and the automatic control function of the window and rearview mirror,so as to realize the independent research and development of the vehicle door control ECU.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The application status of can network at home and abroad and the technical characteristics of CAN bus are analyzed in detail.The topology structure of CAN bus is optimized and the function of specific nodes is designed to realize the comprehensive design of CAN bus for body comfort.(2)According to the specific function of CAN node,the door harness and connector assembly are designed.(3)Based on CAN bus technology,the driver side front door ECU Hardware structure,power supply circuit,window control circuit,door control circuit,rearview mirror control circuit are designed.(4)Based on CAN bus technology,the control flow of each module is analyzed,and the software design of each module is realized.(5)The system performance test and experimental verification are carried out to ensure the rationality of the design.
