With the rapid development of our country and the continuous innovation of the rail transition industry,subway has gradually become an important means of transportation for urban residents.In the metro train operation,the train door is not only one of the most frequently operated but also most trouble-prone vehicle parts.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to improve the reliability and safety of the door control system.This article focuses on the application of DC brushless motor controller in metro gate control system.Combining with software system functional requirements analysis and technical requirements,this paper developed a control strategy of double closed-loop DC brushless motor with high reliability by comparing several speed regulation schemes and speed measurement methods of the motor.The relevant functions of the door movement sub module are realized based on the motor control system,such as door width self-learning,door opening and closing,obstacle detection,etc.In order to realize the whole obstacle detection,the door speed is used as the precondition of the starting current antipinch function by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing door anti-pinch algorithm.Finally,the system has achieved the established functions and basically meets the design specifications of the door controller after theoretical analysis,system debugging and multiple simulation tests.The metro gate control software system designed has some practical value in this paper.
