Automatic doors originated in the 1930s-1940 s,when they were mainly used in military warehouses and important factories for fire-proof,bullet-proof and convenient opening.Since the 1950 s,automatic doors have been used more and more widely.Many large banks,hotels,buildings to improve the level of service and high-level buildings match,competing to use automatic doors,promoting the rapid development of automatic doors.WS Door Control Co.,LTD was founded in 2000,located in Zhengzhou,Henan Province,has developed into a well-known enterprise in the local industry after 20 years.Along with the fierce industry competition,and increasing product standard,WS has to struggle against the great challenge.Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment,WS Gate Control Co.,Ltd.urgently needs to adjust its development strategy,optimize its marketing strategy and find a new development model.In order to solve the development problems of WS company more accurately,the current situation of WS was analyzed in detail at the beginning of the paper.Meanwhile,we draw the conclusion that it's necessary for WS to adjust its marketing strategy by analyzing its macro-environment through five-force model.Secondly,with the 7Ps marketing theory,the article analyzes the current situation of WS company's product,price,distribution,promotion,personnel,process and physical evidence,so the problems of WS company are summarized as follows:simple product,inelastic price,narrow channel,low promotion efficiency,weak staff comprehensive quality,disordered system and lack of physical evidence.And then,the causes of above problems were dug,which lie in the following aspects:lack of investment in product research and development,small scale of production,short of innovative spirit,backward management concept,weak talent pool,imperfection of system and weak brand awareness.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of the WS,this paper carried out STP market analysis and attempted to provide suggestions on marketing strategy optimization,which are consist of following parts.First,in terms of products,the positioning of products should be precise.Next,the bargaining power should be strengthened in the pricing strategy.And then,about marketing strategy,,themarketing channels should be expanded.In addition,enriching the sales promotion is required.At last,stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff in the personnel strategy and strengthen the sense of order are as important as the fact that WS has to improve the quality of the physical display.Finally,for the effective implementation of the program,this paper try to offer certain useful suggestions from the technology,system,services and funds four aspects to ensure the orderly development of marketing strategies,leading to lay a better foundation for the future development of WS Door Control Co.,Ltd.This article mainly carries on the marketing strategy optimization analysis according to the WS Gate Control Limited Company's present situation,in order to provide a good marketing strategy for the WS Gate Control Limited Company's Development,helps the company to occupy the dominant position in the market,expand Your brand.I also hope that this paper can provide some reference for the development of the door-control industry and help the development of the door-control industry.
