Research On Energy-saving Design Of Township Office Buildings In Dazhou District From The Perspective Of Green Building

China's green building has entered the stage of rapid development,the construction of ecological and energy-saving green building has gradually become a consensus.With the rapid development of economy,the gap between urban and rural areas is also widening.Although the concepts of "green building" and "ecological building" have been widely promoted and applied in urban areas,the situation is not optimistic in the vast number of townships.Combined with the current situation of industry adjustment in our country,in developing a new type of industry of villages and towns,in the construction of office buildings with quantity,distribution characteristics,how to apply the concept of green building to the township office building energy efficiency design,design build can meet the demand of users,and can have a positive impact on the building environment of green building,is not only beneficial to the improvement of the urban and rural environment,also can promote the social and natural environment harmonious coexistence,is one of the key points of decision of township construction green's benign development.This paper mainly discusses and demonstrates the energy-saving design of township office buildings in dazhou district from the aspects of basic concept elaboration,relevant basic theory analysis,design strategy integration and practical case verification.With the methods of literature sorting,comparative analysis and field research,the basic theories are firstly sorted out,and the basic design principles and energy-saving design strategies of green buildings are summarized.Secondly,by analyzing the status quo of township office buildings in dazhou area and excellent cases of green office buildings,problems are found and specific principles and strategies for energy-saving design of township office buildings in dazhou area are integrated.Finally,through an example of energy-saving design of an office building in shiqiao town,dazhou city and its green building evaluation,the design strategies and methods proposed in the paper are verified.Combined with the design and evaluation characteristics of green and energysaving buildings,the case was analyzed and verified by Ecotect,PKPM and other simulation analysis software.This study explores and summarizes a set of practical energy-saving design ideas and methods for office buildings in towns and townships,in order to improve the living and production environment of residents in towns and townships,and make contributions to the construction of new urbanization in China.
