Enterprise competition is mainly dependent on the ability and skills of employees in this time.So it's very important for many enterprises to lean how to make the company and staffs work together for the same goals.Employees work for corporation and create value.At same time,company can inspire staffs to work hard than before and make bigger progress for enterprise.Performance management is a core part in Human Resource.Effective performance management can make the goal s of enterprise come true.HUZHOU GUANJIONG MECHANICAL&ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD(Simply called Guan Jiong company in this paper)could make the double profits than before year since it was started.Its great profit s were due to the creation of products and good market.In the beginning,the company mainly focused on the management of sale business and products manufacture.However,the system of management and service efficiency are not improved at the same time.Especially the enterprise is lack of performance management and this defect ha s a strong negative influence on the further development of company.At first,the managers of compa ny realized that performance management is very important for enterprise and we are lack of it.Secondly,there is not a available and effective performance management system for enterprise to inspire employees.So the company couldn't make a big progress to achieve the strategic goals.The present situation of enterprise performance management and human resource of the paper were introduced in details.And the literature research,comparative research and statistical analysis research ways were applied into finding the problems of performance management in Guan Jiong company and study the present situation of enterprise.At same time,some reasonable projects were given to improve the management process and make the duties of different departments more clear.At same time,the methods of balanced score card,goal management,key performance index were used in this paper.Next,a n effective performance management system was designed for Guan Jiong company.The strategic goals of company was divided into diffe rent process.And the business goal of enterprise and KPI management were combined together.A new testing rules and the reasonable system of management were built.So that they can improve the effective of management,the ability of managers,the executi ve capability of enter company and positive attitude for enterprise goals.And provide the reasonable salary system and strategic goals for Guan Jiong company.The goal of the paper is that could provide effective performance management examples for Guan Jiong company.
