In recent years,China's automobile industry has developed rapidly.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,its output has increased by more than 150 times,from 150,000 to 28.08 million.However,due to the good development trend,the competition in the automotive industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and there are many competitors in the market.As a participant in the automotive industry,Company A is inevitably affected by market competition.Therefore,the establishment and design of a company is in line with Company A.It is increasingly important to implement the performance management system and effectively implement the application to promote the company's performance improvement and thus improve the company's soft power.Based on the theory of human resources,this paper obtains data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,discusses the development status of Company A,and designs a performance appraisal system based on this.The research summarizes the problems related to the development of Company A,as follows: The internal employees of the company have many problems in the performance management management process;the relevant knowledge of employees needs to be deepened;the performance indicators are set in a single way,the linkage between the indicators is lacking;the existing performance management mechanism needs to be improved;The results of the application are insufficient.According to the results of questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper points out that there are five major problems in performance management of company A.Based on the theory of human resource management and aiming at improving management performance,this paper proposes four solutions through research:(1)to listen carefully and respect the company The personal will of the employees;(2)to change the existing performance management philosophy;(3)to strengthen the organizational leadership of performance management;(4)to pay attention to the process management of performance management.The author tries to use the establishment of the company's performance management system research,and then enhance the core expertise of the organization,do "special",do "deep",do "long" organization to make positive contributions,and hope to provide guidance for other similar research through this research Ideas.
