The concept of performance management is introduced from the west to China,which is an important part of the company’s human resource management activities.Performance management plays a decisive role in the realization of the company’s strategic objectives,which has been adopted by more and more Chinese companies.With China’s market economic system becoming more and more standardized and perfect,in the face of fierce competition in the global economy,private enterprises are facing the dual pressure of internal and external.In order to survive and develop in such an environment,we must abandon the previous extensive management and adopt more effective and refined management.In human resource management,performance management is the core of many modules.Building a set of efficient performance management appraisal system can effectively improve the individual and organizational performance,which has a very important positive significance for the realization of the company’s overall strategic objectives and business objectives.In this paper,Nanjing C architectural design company as the research object,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management,from the perspective of optimization,improvement and application,through the study of relevant theories and practical research and other ways,the company’s performance management status is systematically analyzed and studied,and the existing problems of Nanjing C architectural design company’s performance management are found: the separation of performance management from the company’s strategic vision There are many problems,such as lack of effective evaluation framework system,lack of effective communication in performance management process,ineffective application of performance evaluation results,etc.Then it mainly uses the key performance indicators method in performance management to optimize the design of its evaluation indicators and the corresponding performance management process,and on this basis,it puts forward the optimization design of performance results application.In order to ensure that the optimized performance management system can be effectively applied,this paper finally puts forward the implementation of safeguard measures and pre evaluates the effect after application.The last part is the summary and prospect of the full text. |
