With the progress of science and technology,people's living standards are improving day by day.Reliable and continuous power supply is the basic requirement for the power system.After nearly 20 years of development,the anti misoperation device has become an indispensable equipment in the construction and transformation of power plants and substations.According to the statistical data,with the popularization and application of anti misoperation devices,electrical misoperation accidents are greatly reduced,which has made outstanding contributions to the reliable power supply of power system.However,the existing mainstream anti misoperation devices and microcomputer five prevention systems have some problems such as imperfect anti misoperation locking.For example,the status of remote control equipment cannot be transmitted in real time,the status of open equipment such as Bay net door and grounding wire can not be collected,the real-time performance of anti misoperation locking cannot be guaranteed,and the comprehensive anti misoperation locking can not be carried out for the substation;the off-line anti misoperation system can not detect the equipment status in real time,and the computer key is used to unlock the lock,which affects the operation time;the on-line anti misoperation device is used to implement the anti misoperation device The construction is difficult,the construction period is long,and the reconstruction cost is high.The existence of these problems can not guarantee reliable prevention of misoperation.On the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic anti misoperation system,this paper designs and develops a set of real-time online five prevention system in view of the problems and shortcomings of the current microcomputer anti misoperation system.The system adopts multi-level anti misoperation locking system structure,and has real-time anti misoperation locking function in the whole process of electrical operation.It can obtain the position and status information of substation electrical equipment in real time,and the whole operation process can be completed automatically without the use of computer key,thus avoiding the occurrence of "empty journey" accident.At the same time,using the "double confirmation" technology of equipment position,the position status confirmation after equipment operation is automatically completed by the system,which not only reduces the workload of operators,but also greatly shortens the switching operation time of operation and maintenance personnel.From the perspective of safe operation of power grid,the application of online five prevention system will greatly reduce the probability of casualties of operation and maintenance personnel due to electrical misoperation,the probability of large-scale outage of power grid and the probability of equipment damage.Based on the in-depth study of online five prevention technology,combined with the current situation of Nanjing Road 220kV substation,according to the requirements of the rapid development of smart grid,a new type of five prevention system which can realize real-time monitoring is designed and applied.Through the investigation and analysis of the existing problems of the five prevention system in Nanjing Road 220kV substation,the demand for system transformation is found out,and the overall design of the online five prevention system is carried out.The system adopts IEC61850 international communication standard to realize the transmission of five prevention locking information between equipment at all levels.New intelligent grounding piles,special locks and intelligent terminals are introduced to the substation site to feed back the equipment status to the system in real time.According to the design scheme,the implementation of five prevention system for 220kV substation on Nanjing road is carried out step by step.The problems and solutions in the implementation process are summarized.After the application of online five prevention system,the economic and social benefits brought by the system are analyzed by comparing the system function,stability and operation time.
