As a low-carbon electricity on the basis and premise,smart grid technology has become a new trend in the future development of the power grid,smart substation is strong and smart grid important part.Smart grid is an advanced sensor measurement technology,information communication technology,analysis and decision technology and automatic control technology and energy technology and electricity grid infrastructure highly integrated modern new grid formed.Intelligent substation is accompanied by the emergence of the concept of the smart grid,and smart grid construction is an important foundation and support.In modern transmission grid,most of the sensors and the operating mechanism and other primary equipment,as well as protection,measurement,control and other secondary devices are installed in the substation.Intelligent Substation is converted voltage smart grid,receiving and distributing power,control the flow of electricity and adjust the voltage of an important power facilities,the construction of a strong smart grid has a very important role.Reled on One 220 kV intelligent substation project,this paper combined the status quo of Hebei Cangzhou power grid to carried out the design and optimization of intelligent 220 kV substation,and completed the intelligent configuration of primary equipment and the design of on-line monitoring system,network optimization and intergration of intelligent substation monitoring system.It determined the technology program about direct control from the intelligent terminal to primary equipment and completed the intelligentialize of main transformer and GIS devices;Based on Statute IEC61850 and interval main IED communication,it achieved the primary equipment of condition monitoring.It identified three layers and two network structure of intelligent substation,and achieved network system including MMS,GOOSE,SNTP triple play of the station level and the SV,GOOSE,IEC61588 triple play of the process level.Based on panoramic information,integrated substation control system can be built to realize unified site-wide information access,storage and display by monitoring the host,integrated application servers and other equipment.According to the design and optimization study of One 220 kV transformer substation,it achieved a operation mode of control integration,maintenance integration and monitoring integration to provide accumulated experience and engineering reference for the latter substation construction.
