Substation electrical misoperation accident caused great harm, once the consequencewould be very serious, it will cause damage to the equipment, large area power grid blackout,and even cause casualties, so the substation anti-misoperation operating system is veryimportant in power system. Electric power system substations within a lot are equipped withanti-misoperation operating system.Substation anti-misoperation system mainly includesindependent microcomputer five-prevention system and the integration of five-preventionsubsystems, but two kinds of anti-misoperation system there are drawbacks: can’t obtainactual position; dependence from line computer key, not the implementation of real-timetracking operation; to prevent“running the empty program”to lock style various, complicatedoperation lock, low reliability problems. With the rapid development of network, more andmore, substation operators more and more pressure, reducing the burden of operatingpersonnel actions, improves operational efficiency is new problems which theanti-misoperation faces.With the development of computer technology, communication technology, the rapiddevelopment of electronic technology, especially the emergence of digital substation, thefunction of substation automation system is more and more mature, more and more featurerich, response speed more and more quickly, as the establishment of a new five-preventionmodel laid the technical foundation. The research of a substation based on GOOSEtechnology online five-prevention system, this system is based on IEC61850standard,achieve mutual operating characteristics. Online five-prevention system adopts three layers ofanti-misoperation design, station control layer to achieve the station control logic andoperation order atresia, station control layer host through IEC61850MMS protocol on thespacer measurement and control device five-prevention locking node monitoring and control;a spacer layer to achieve the station for anti-misoperation logic latch, through the realizationof GOOSE the spacer layer station joint locking, MMS network and GOOSE network is apublic network; layer in the device unit electric block. Online five-prevention system basedon total station electrical equipment on-line monitoring (including motor power in isolator,manual isolator, the temporary earthing terminal, high-voltage switch cabinet door),combined with preview successfully retained in the five-prevention case in the workstationoperation sequence, according to operating instructions are open each step electrical operation.Once the operation object operating conditions change does not satisfy the operationrequirements, instantly and automatically interrupt the remaining steps, to achieve real-time online atresia. System without configuration computer key and mechanical locks, electriccontrol circuit by measuring and controlling device for latching output node automatically,simplifying the manual operation process.The online five-prevention system based on the substation automation system is ofsubstation automation technology and five-prevention technology progress, the substationoperation management, and even the entire power grid security is of great significance, is thefuture development direction of grid anti-misoperation system.
