At present,there are many methods to study the performance of Expressway Asphalt Pavement both at home and abroad.At the same time,a lot of pavement maintenance decisions have been put forward,but these can not be applied to all expressways.In view of this situation,based on the full investigation of data,a prediction model of asphalt pavement performance in Liaoning is established.It also provides a new idea for the maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement after the commissioning of the pavement structure index in 2012.The main research results are as follows:1.Investigating the typical road surface of Liaoning expressway,obtaining the road condition data of PQI,PCI,RQI,RDI,SRI,IRI,RD,SFC and traffic volume.Through processing and summarizing,the existing situation of typical pavement structure is obtained.2.Taking the West open Expressway as an example,the prediction model of asphalt pavement performance was established and verified by grey theory and Markov model.Through the analysis of the prediction results from 2015 to 2018,it can be concluded that the accuracy of prediction and measured values from 2015 to 2018 is excellent,the average residual error is 0.6%,and the average accuracy of the model is 98.99.The PQI error between the predicted and measured values is not very large,which proves that the results of the change trend of the indices used to predict pavement performance are reliable.3.Based on the Specifications for design of highway Asphalt Pavement(JTGD50-2017),the typical asphalt pavement of Expressway in Liaoning area was re checked in 2012.The results show that the equivalent equivalent axle number,asphalt layer penetration strength and low temperature cracking index of semi-rigid base fatigue crack meet the requirements,while the asphalt pavement rut index does not meet the requirements.4.Through the establishment of the asphalt pavement performance degradation model,the maintenance indexes of typical pavement in Liaoning area were calculated.The grey matter element method was used to evaluate the pavement maintenance index,that is,the mathematical calculation of PCI,RDI,SRI,RQI and PSSI was carried out by using the five dimensional composite grey element method,and the curing effect of typical road surface in Liaoning area was calculated.The correlation value is 1,0.66,0.65,0.61,0.50.,respectively.The correlation degree is the best,and the small is the worst.The conclusion is that the best curing effect of the skin length and high speed and the worst maintenance effect of the West open highway are the results of the correlation degree.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the correlation coefficient is the best,and the worst is the worst.The conclusion is that the maintenance effect of the skin length and high speed is the best and that of the West Shenyang expressway is the worst.5.Analyze the factors that affect the choice of pavement maintenance method,determine the best time for pavement maintenance,and select the appropriate maintenance measures according to the actual conditions of the road.By introducing the concept of decision tree,the maintenance standard is determined through the pavement condition PCI,and the decision system of maintenance and maintenance of asphalt pavement in Liaoning is established,and the decision tree of expressway maintenance in Liaoning is drawn up.In this paper,the performance of the old pavement is verified on the basis of the new standard.Based on the measured data,the prediction model of the asphalt pavement performance is established,which effectively evaluates the indexes of pavement maintenance,establishes the maintenance decision tree belonging to Liaoning area,fills the blanks of the regional evaluation index,and provides a theoretical reference for the future pavement maintenance of Liaoning province.
