| Nowadays,the domestic economy is developing with high quality,and the regional economic ties are becoming increasingly close,resulting in expressways bearing the country’s heavy transportation tasks.With the extension of the highway’s service life,under the influence of many factors,the road surface gradually produces diseases and even spreads over a large area.In order not to affect the safety and comfort of road driving,road maintenance management needs to be strengthened.At present,there is no clear set of rules for determining the timing of highway overhaul,which has caused the decision of the timing of overhaul has become an urgent issue for highway managers.This article takes the judgment of Hengzao expressway concrete pavement overhaul as the main research object,and through a combination of field research,big data statistical analysis and other methods,the various aspects of the judgment of the overhaul of cement pavement are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Carry out a comprehensive inspection and analysis of the cement pavement of Hengzao Expressway,and study the changes of the road condition indicators and the distribution of the disease on the cement pavement over the years;and on the basis of the road conditions and disease data,use the "cosine" model to fit and predict the road condition attenuation And study the impact model of plate replacement measures on cement pavement.(2)Based on the analysis of the representativeness,accuracy and simplicity of the road condition indicators,it is determined that the DBL and RQI indicators are the main analysis indicators for judging the timing of the overhaul of the cement pavement;and Bootstrap analysis technology is used to estimate the confidence intervals of the overhaul thresholds of the two indicators and provide the road Calculation method of overhaul road condition index scores;on the premise of full life cycle cost analysis theory,simplify the cost analysis model according to the actual situation,and calculate the overhaul interval of economic indicators through examples to provide pavement overhaul economic index score calculation method(3)Use the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to the weights of road condition indicators and economic indicators,and establish a comprehensive scoring system for determining the overhaul timing of expressway cement pavement;and estimate the threshold value of the overhaul comprehensive score by normal distribution.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation system for the timing of overhaul,an urgent decision on overhaul of the cement pavement of Hengzao Expressway in 2019 will be made.In the research process of this paper,the combination of actual investigation and theoretical analysis provides a decision-making system for the timing of highway cement pavement overhaul.The overhaul of the highway provides reference guidance. |
