Research On Detection And Evaluation Of The Old Road Condition In Hubei North Section Of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway And Maintenance Countermeasures

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the significant improvement of scientific level,the construction of expressway has also made rapid development,at the same time,the application of asphalt pavement has also been widely promoted.Under the joint action of traffic load and external environment,a series of changes will take place in various materials of pavement structure over time.With the increase of traffic flow and axle load,the remarkable feature is that the pavement performance decreases to varying degrees.In order to prolong the service life of highway asphalt pavement,enhance the performance of asphalt pavement,reduce the waste of highway investment funds,people pay more and more attention to and recognize the maintenance of highway asphalt pavement.Based on the project of Hubei section of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway and the test data of Hubei section of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in recent years,this paper studies the performance test and maintenance decision of asphalt pavement:(1)Based on the field investigation of the asphalt pavement in Hubei section of Beijing Hong Kong Macao expressway,the geographical location,climate environment and the current pavement use condition are understood.It is found that with the extension of the opening time of Beijing Hong Kong Macao expressway,the grass-roots condition gradually deteriorates,and it is difficult to fundamentally solve the disease problem simply by the maintenance scheme of surface treatment.From the historical depth of the surface and base course,it can be found that the disease of the base course is reflected on the surface course,and the disease will reappear quickly by replacing the surface course.With the increase of the frequency of renovation,it shows that the disease of the base course in the lower part of the surface course is more and more serious,and it needs to deal with the base course and the surface course at the same time to fundamentally solve the disease problem;(2)This paper analyzes the evaluation methods of asphalt pavement performance in China,and evaluates the asphalt pavement performance of Hubei section of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway with five single indexes including pavement damage condition index,pavement driving quality index,pavement rutting depth index,pavement structure strength index,pavement smoothness index and comprehensive evaluation index of pavement technical condition index;(3)The typical diseases of expressway asphalt pavement are analyzed.According to the disease statistics of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway Hubei section and the detection data in recent years,the disease distribution and types are understood,and the causes of disease are analyzed combined with the specific situation of Hubei north section;(4)This paper analyzes the maintenance decision-making methods of expressway asphalt pavement at home and abroad,clarifies the principles and objectives of maintenance decision-making,combines with the actual situation of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in Hubei section,analyzes the detection data of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in Hubei section,and puts forward the treatment measures and maintenance countermeasures of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in Hubei section,The pavement disease treatment measures of Beijing Hong Kong Macao expressway are divided into five categories and three situations,and different maintenance measures are given for each situation.
