With the development of China’s economy and technology and the improvement of people’s quality requirements for travel.China’s high-speed rail projects have also achieved rapid development,and high-speed railway construction projects are also increasing.The high-speed rail construction project has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment scale and complicated construction technology.It brings many risks and challenges to the construction of high-speed rail.Any risk factors may cause harm to the whole construction process.And the impact,which requires the construction unit to use the scientific and rational theory and methods to effectively manage the risks in the process of high-speed rail construction.However,the awareness of the research and application of risk management by construction enterprises is relatively weak,and there is still a certain gap with developed countries.Therefore,China’s construction units should strengthen their understanding and application of risk management.In this context,this paper analyzes and studies the risk management of the Xiaogan-Shiyan High-speed Railway.First of all,on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on risk management,the research purpose,research significance and research content of this paper are drawn.Explain the actual construction situation and risk management status of the high-speed railway construction project from Xiaogan-Shiyan,and analyze the main problems.Secondly,using the knowledge of risk management to identify and analyze the risk factors of the Xiaogan-Shiyan High-speed Railway,and conclude that there are mainly natural risk,management risk,technical risk,capital risk and construction risk in the construction process of the Xiaogan-Shiyan High-speed Railway.And use the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and matrix calculation method to evaluate the identified risk factors,and data the evaluation results to obtain the Xiaogan-Shiyan High-speed Railway section.The overall risk assessment status of the project is at a good level,the natural risk assessment status is at a general level,and the management risk,technical risk,capital risk and construction risk evaluation results are all at a good level.Finally,according to the risk assessment results,the natural risk response is tube Five aspects of risk response,technical risk response,capital risk response and construction risk response are proposed for the risk response of Xiaogan-Shiyan high-speed railway construction projects.This paper conducts risk management research on the Xiaogan-Shiyan high-speed railway,and hopes to provide some reference for the risk aversion and risk response of the Xiaogan-Shiyan high-speed railway.Through the effective development of risk management,the construction project can make the construction project Timely,safe and high quality completion.At the same time,it hope to provide theoretical and case reference significance for other construction projects of the same type in China.
