In the recent years,the high-speed rail is developing rapidly,and our country invested a lot of money to develop the high-speed rail.The high-speed rail brings great convenience for people and makes the trail easier.Since the market demand is increasing,our country is building more high-speed rails,and many high-speed rails are rebuilding,to meet the demand.In the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the railway train,the reconstruction project of the high-speed railway operation station carries out the reconstruction of the station,which requires high construction management and high work efficiency.On the one hand,under the train running condition for a certain period of construction,once the accident will affect the normal operation of the train network;on the other hand,the train operation also challenges the construction safety.Therefore,the construction process needs a good risk management to ensure absolute safety in construction.In this paper,we use the theory of project risk management as a guide,by combining the method of theory and empirical research,with the implementation of the transformation project of Danyang Railway Station as the case,the actual engineering conditions for the project and the implementation way,to establish the system of project risk management.First,by checking the table and Delphy Fa methods to identify the risk factors of the project,the project risk evaluation index system is established.Then we introducted the way to use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of various risk factors,to get the project risk list sorted by priority weights.At last,according to the conditions of the contract of the project,from the overall risk of the project risk assessment model for quantitative assessment strategies and risk response measures of risk faced by the project,to build risk response measures,research results will provide a reference for future similar station reconstruction project risk management.
