TJGT is the first self-built electrified railway in Zhejiang Province.This project has the characteristics of large scale,complex technology,involving many units,tight time and heavy tasks.If construction is carried out according to the traditional construction contract mode,enterprises will face severe operational difficulties.In order to fully guard against project risks,it is necessary to explore a risk assessment model suitable for TJGT relocation project.Through the analysis of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control of TJGT relocation power transmission and transformation project,this paper explores the existing risk types of TJGT relocation construction project risk management.Based on analytic hierarchy process,an evaluation model of TJGT relocation power transmission line project general contract risk is constructed,and the number of risk factors of TJGT relocation power transmission line project general contract is determined by expert investigation method.According to the collection and statistical analysis,this paper evaluates the risk of TJGT relocation of transmission line project,and finally comes to the control measures of TJGT relocation of transmission line project.This paper proposes a solution to the risk management model in the process of transmission line project general contracting.It includes how to integrate traditional risk management theory with transmission line engineering construction in risk identification and control.The general contracting management mode in line with the present situation of power transmission and transformation engineering company is put forward,which improves the special management level of EPC project and the management efficiency of enterprise.
