In both opportunities and challenges of the market economy environment,for state-owned construction group company not only committed to achieve better performance target on one hand,on the other hand will devote more energy and improve the development of our enterprise culture,enterprise culture is in a visible characteristics of material and spiritual wealth form affects the market status of construction enterprises.At present,although state-owned construction group enterprises pay more and more attention to corporate culture,there are still many drawbacks.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the shaping and promotion of enterprise culture.In this paper,a state-owned construction group company(hereafter "group")as the research object,through the study of the corporate culture of enterprise,1854 questionnaire,through the summary and analysis of data,research group,the history and present situation of enterprise culture to shape,and summarizes the present situation of enterprise culture,finally to solve the problem of insufficient promotion countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the research background,significance and domestic and foreign research status of corporate culture are analyzed,and the theoretical aspects of corporate culture are discussed.By studying the concept of corporate culture,the role of corporate culture is summarized.Meanwhile,the characteristics of state-owned construction enterprises and state-owned construction enterprises are analyzed respectively.Secondly,based on the analysis of the importance of corporate culture,combined with the enterprise culture questionnaire data instances of some group of a group to study the present situation of enterprise culture it is concluded that:in the study of the importance of corporate culture has 40%of the employees think corporate culture is the inevitable need of enterprises development,22%of the employees think enterprise culture is the need of management mechanism can efficiently implement,23%of workers think that the needs of the enterprise culture is the enterprise win the market competition,there are 63%of the employees think the needs of the enterprise culture is the enterprise to attract and retain talent,so in-depth research and analysis to the enterprise culture is very necessary.Thirdly,in the study of the current situation of corporate culture,it is found that employees of a group generally have little understanding of the history of corporate culture,and the group attaches great importance to corporate culture and has a high degree of publicity.After data analysis,up to 90%of employees are familiar with the basic corporate culture.Through the analysis of the status quo of summary appears stage group,the disadvantages of corporate culture are:enterprise culture historic is poorer,lack of familiarity on the present situation of comprehensive,group and staff on the importance of enterprise culture to be promoted,the lack of special features and innovation,enterprise culture propaganda less activity of enterprise culture,enterprise culture need to strengthen publicity,lack of enterprise culture to keep pace with The Times,enterprise culture embodies a few values only.The above analysis provides valuable reference value and research basis for the improvement of enterprise culture.Finally,through the analysis of the core contents of the corporate culture of a group,this paper puts forward eight Suggestions for the shaping and improvement of corporate culture:enriching the historical shortcomings of corporate culture;Enhance the comprehensive development of enterprise culture;Set the method of external reference to improve the importance of corporate culture;Create characteristic enterprise culture;Provide materials for corporate culture publicity activities;Broaden the channels of publicity;Corporate culture advances with The Times;Strive to reflect the value of all staff.At the same time,from the publicity manual,network publicity,publicity of the public number,media publicity and other ten aspects to summarize the effect of a group's corporate culture shaping and promotion.
