Station Operations Service Optimization Study Of Urumqi Railway Line One Based On The Questionnaire Survey Analysis

In recent years, with the economy constantly developing, the number of urban population in China has been increasingly growing, the speed of urbanization has been promoting, and the vehicle retention is also improving in urban areas, while the public transportation network is limited, which result in the increasing growth of traffic pressure in the urban areas and the traffic problems of these citizens. In order to meet the needs of the accelerating development of urbanization, and relieve the traffic pressure of urban transportation, many measures have been taken to improve the transportation construction and much attention has been drawn to the development of urban rail transportation which has a bigger capacity and is more environment-friendly.This thesis will focus on the construction of the rail Line ? in Urumqi and by analyzing the result of those questionnaires, discuss the possible solutions of optimizing the transportation stations in four aspects: service facilities of transportation stations, commercial investigation of those stations, their cultural strategies, and peripheral environment of the station system. By analyzing the statistical data and related documents, the thesis will interpret the functions of these 21 stations along the rail Line ?, divide them into four groups, and put forward several proposals of optimizing the station system in the four aspects mentioned above, which is supposed to provide with some theoretical foundations, help the citizens develop a healthier habit of transportation, and release the traffic pressure of the city.
