Study On The Design Of Rural House Based On Regional Characteristics

With the rapid development of China's economy,tourism,as a way to meet people's spiritual needs,has begun to develop.As a form of tourism nowadays,characteristic rural tourism has developed rapidly because of the rise of characteristic villages.As one of the important supporting facilities of tourism,the development of characteristic rural tourism also puts forward higher requirements for characteristic rural residential.However,compared with Japan,Germany and other countries,there is still a certain gap in the domestic accommodation.The most prominent problem is that the difference between the accommodation is not big,the characteristics are not enough,and the experience is lack,so it is difficult to meet the needs of tourists.Therefore,the research direction of this paper is "Research on the design of residential buildings in characteristic villages".In recent years,the development of homestay in China is very rapid,but the research on the characteristic rural homestay is still limited,and the research on the systematic design principle of rural tourism homestay is even less.Therefore,the article hopes to study the personalized design principles of the characteristic rural houses,and provide some theoretical guidance for the practice of other similar types of characteristic rural houses.The article is divided into six parts:First,the concept of rural tourism and homestay is combed,and the classification methods and corresponding classification results of homestay are described.In addition,this part also discusses the relationship between rural tourism and home stay.Secondly,it discusses the origin and development of homestay,and introduces the development process of homestay in various countries as well as excellent design cases at home and abroad.Thirdly,according to the results of the above theoretical research,this paper summarizes several principles that need to be followed in the design of rural residential buildings under the background of rural tourism and puts forward the detailed design strategies of characteristic rural residential buildings.Fourth,the design object of this paper,the advantages and feasibility of the development of Xingfu Nongwan homestay are systematically discussed.Fifth,according to the results of the previous chapter,based on the existing theory,the paper improves the specific strategy of the transformation.Sixthly,the above strategies are applied to the project and the specific design practice is completed.Finally,based on the results of the above research,this paper finally draws the following conclusions:First,the home stay is different from the hotel,its uniqueness lies in its sense of experience,so its development trend should be characterized,refined,diversified and standardized.Second,this paper believes that the experience of the domestic homestay in thebuilding,the interior space and external image of the homestay,the characteristics of the homestay,the design of the restaurant space for their own use these four aspects are to be improved.
