| As in recent years,the ecological,environmental protection,local care,tourism and other issues become a hot topic in depth,the development direction of leisure tourism in China is towards nature,in today’s high-speed economic development,urban and rural integration is the trend of future development and the inevitable result.Our country government proposed the construction of "beautiful country",its purpose is to solve the problem of reasonable planning and construction in the countryside.Macro controls the rural development,the combination of ecological and economic,to promote each other and achieve sustainable development;Science and transform the current situation of the residence,meet the demand of modern people’s life;Make true sense "see mountain,see water,remember homesickness" livable environment.Leisure,rural tourism has become a part of modern people’s lives,more and more people yearn for a leisurely and comfortable life in the countryside,in the holiday desire to return to nature.But,as an important carrier of rural tourism and reflection,is no longer available to passengers comfortable living environment,is the link to spread local cultural characteristics,plays an important role.Therefore,the impact on rural tourism quality,quality,how to make use of the local natural conditions and customs and culture,to create local characteristics of the B&B,in the region to promote the tourism industry,so as to improve the rapid development of economy,is our priority.Xinglong Guojiazhuang at about 150 kilometers northeast of Beijing,is a full-bodied amorous feelings of man nationality characteristic village,mountain,beautiful natural scenery and rich in crops such as hawthorn,chestnut,walnut,residence has its own architectural features,but there is no scientific planning,village infrastructure.The author took part in the past two years tutor team for the practice of the township to build a home stay facility,some of the township to build a home stay facility found in the process of practice,study on how to solve these problems,check some literature at home and abroad,and at the end of 2016 in China,zhejiang,hunan,hebei region made on-the-spot investigation,combined with the present situation of China’s national conditions,to mentor team practice Guo Guzhuang village as an example,made field investigation,the home stay facility renovation in rural construction problems were discussed,and put forward some own ideas. |
