| With the increase in the demand for tourism and the diversified development of urban residents,the form and content of tourism are not single,and the countryside has become the most desirable and returning tourist experience.The rural tourism industry is gradually operating by this kind of tourism demand.In the rural tourism,driven by rural houses also came into being.Bed and breakfast has become a destination for many urban people.In contrast to the situation in foreign and Taiwan,the development of B & B in the regulatory system and theoretical research are more adequate.In the country,during the great development of rural tourism,a number of houses and houses have been formed,and the related theoretical research is relatively lacking.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the postgraduate students,this paper analyzes the problems such as the traffic,the infrastructure and the attraction of the patrons and tourists in the early stage of rural tourism development,and summarizes the types of b & b,Factors and other issues.To the designer’s point of view,through the planning guide the way involved in the transformation of the b & B.And in practice,combined with theoretical research,the existing rural conditions and the advantages of the natural environment of the local rural residential buildings,courtyard transformation of strategic guidance and to transform examples as a specific description.The article is divided into four parts:In the first part(Chapter 1-2),the relevant concepts of the research background of this study are described.Explored the development of rural tourism and origin at home and abroad,according to different angles,the type of bed and breakfast will be divided.In the second part(Chapter 3),the author summarizes the influencing factors of the renovation of the houses and houses in the background of rural tourism in terms of the overall orientation of the board and lodging,the resources and environment and the users’ demands.The third part(Chapter 4-6),Chapter 4,based on the theoretical study on the influencing factors of the renovation design of the guest house,analyzes the basic conditions of the rural tourism in Yangzhong Township,Hanzhong City,including topography and terrain,typical rural settlement,Residential form,courtyard form,tourism planning conditions,tourist travel needs.Chapter 5 in accordance with the town of Chen Chun Village,the specific circumstances of the proposed housing update design of the relevant strategies.Chapter 6 to Yangchun town Chencun tourism ring in the two rural homes to do a specific transformation design,the theoretical research and practical projects combined to form a complete process from research to practice.The fourth part(Chapter 7)summarizes the factors that affect the renewal of the B & B and the promotion strategy of the Dwellouse.While summing up the shortcomings of research and practice. |
