Strategies And Methods For The Overall Transformation Of The Rural Homestay

With the overall development of urban and rural areas,rural construction has been strengthened,and rural tourism has gradually risen.Villagers in some areas will transform the idle space to meet the needs of tourists’ accommodation,forming the initial form of farmhouse entertainment.However,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the change of lifestyle,more attention has been paid to rural experience in tourism,and the operation of residential quarters has become a hot industry.Spontaneous transformation of residential quarters lacks competitiveness due to the lack of unified management,infrastructure design and other problems.From the development status of domestic and foreign residential quarters,the proportion of the overall transformation of residential quarters is increasing,but the intervention of foreign capital focuses more on the construction of the building itself and lacks interaction with the local villagers.There are problems in rural construction.Therefore,this study takes the rurality as the breakthrough point.The first part mainly discusses the research background of the subject,analyses the reasons for the rise of the residential quarters,the purpose and significance of the residential quarters transformation,interprets the concept of the research object,and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad.The second part analyses the development status and trend at home and abroad,and summarizes the problems existing in the overall transformation of residential quarters.The third part elaborates on the analysis of the rural character of residential quarters,which is a systematic perception atmosphere of the countryside created by ecological natural elements,historical and cultural elements,economic production elements,social life elements and their interrelationship.In the fourth part,the strategies and methods of the overall renovation of residential quarters based on rural characteristics are put forward.The concrete methods are discussed from three aspects: the main orientation of maintaining the rural atmosphere,the planning and design of reshaping the neighborhood relationship,and the architectural renovation of highlighting the local characteristics.The strategy is applied to the overall renovation planning and design of residential quarters in Sansui Longwan,Guizhou.In order to provide ideas for the sustainable development of the overall transformation of residential quarters from the rurality perspective,and provide some thoughts and reference for future rural construction and development.
