Study On Landscape Design Of Rural Tourism Homestay (or B&B) Under The Influence Of Sharing Economy

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s consumption level and spiritual demand has been improved,which promotes the rapid development of various tourism projects.As an important component of the current tourism project,the rural tourism homestay,supported by the government’s series of policies and under the strong demand of the market,has shown a booming development trend.At the same time,the idea of the sharing economy has been widely accepted and quickly integrated into every aspect of life,influenced by the ever-developing information technology.Therefore,this paper takes sharing economy as the research background and the landscape design of rural tourism homestay as the research object.Through theoretical and empirical research,it integrates the multiple characteristics of rural tourism homestay landscape and explores the appropriate methods and technologies for landscape design of rural tourism homestay.Firstly,on the basis of literature reading and data analysis,the theory of Shared economy,maslow’s demand,sustainable development,recreation and landscape aesthetics are selected as the relevant theoretical basis,and the connotation and characteristics of the theory are discussed and explained.Secondly,multiple classic rural tourism homestay were selected as cases.From the three aspects of design elements,design techniques and methods,implementation strategies and mechanisms,the guiding principles of rural tourism and homestay design are summarized.It also comes to the conclusion that how the emphasis of landscape design of rural tourism homestay has changed under the influence of sharing economy,and how to make this change be realized in landscape design.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,an empirical study was carried out on rural tourism homestay in Daoxiang Spa Town of Panjin.In terms of design elements,from the aspects of environmental characteristics,functional organization,architectural features,material application,vegetation elements and traffic organization,it is explained that the home stay landscape is no longer a single individual,but a joint landscape integrating local original environmental features.In terms of design technology,related technologies and methods of the project are expounded from the application of landscape aesthetics,perfection of supporting facilities,restoration of ecological environment,establishment of cultural theme,the extraction of local elements and the use of old materials.At the level of implementation strategy,this paper discusses the strategies adopted in the project implementation,such as policy support,cooperation and win-win,international cooperation,phased development,joint development and joint promotion.
