In the process of layout design of the machine processing plant,the layout of the production line structure,plant size,equipment capacity and other factors affect,under the premise of meeting the constraints,there may be a variety of feasible plans,and different plans will in turn affect the feasibility and rationality of the layout strategy.However,the independent and fragmented design process in the traditional design process cannot well coordinate the requirements of different levels of factory layout design.In order to solve this problem,this paper,referring to the conceptual design method of mechanical products and combining with the design characteristics of mechanical processing plant,divides the layout design process of the factory into three stages: conceptual design,production line structure design,layout design,etc.Then,A set of integrated and coordinated layout design method for machining plant is put forward,which has been well applied in the overall layout design of A company.In the conceptual design stage,the conceptual design method and process of factory design are determined by referring to the conceptual design method of mechanical products? it is necessary to define the design requirements and design purposes of each level and form a coordinated design concept for each level.Then the main functions of the factory are decomposed by referring to the conceptual design method of mechanical design,and the main functional modules of each level are formed according to the modular method.and in accordance with the modular approach to form functional modules,Then according to the personnel flow,material flow,information flow and other elements,carry out the physical carrier structure design of each level,and finally form the concept structure of each level that matches each other.In the design stage of production line structure,the design process of production line structure are designed by referring to the traditional balance design method of assembly line,combining with the factors such as conceptual structure,processing technology and production capacity demand,etc.and A variety of feasible production line structures are obtained in the practical application of A company's production line.Then,the influence of machining time fluctuation and equipment reliability on the indicators is verified by simulation experiments,and the final production line structure scheme is selected after analyzing the comprehensive performance of each scheme.Finally,according to the design concept,concept structure and other factors,the layout design of the production line is completedIn the overall layout design stage,Em-plant simulation software was used in layout design.The layout design is carried out in combination with multiple factors such as logistics,channels and supporting columns,conceptual structure and actual logistics route.The final conceptual structure and layout design scheme are selected based on the analysis and evaluation of the simulation results.
