| The purpose of this research is to carry out the layout design of new cylinder block production line of BMPC Company,and construct a flexible cylinder block production line with rationalized logistics that meets the capacity and product quality requirements in the case of short project cycle and low project investment.In this paper,two new cylinder products of BMPC are analyzed,with the comprehensive use of literature research method,case study,data analysis method and lean concrete thinking.First of all,the paper introduces lean production,layout design of production line,layout of flexible production line and other related theories,shows the technological process of its original cylinder block production line,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its original one.Then according to the step process of production line construction,it sets about the layout design of the new cylinder block production line from such aspects as work beat calculation,technological process,quantity and form of equipment,layout design and personnel allocation.Finally,it analyzes the logistics mode of the new cylinder production line and introduces the implementation process of flexible production line of iron-aluminum mixed production line in detail.Compared with the original one,the construction cycle of the new cylinder block production line is reduced by 48.3%,floor space of capacity per 10,000 units decreases by 47.5%,and project investment of capacity per 10,000 units decreases by 54.2%.Practical production has proved that in terms of the work beat calculation,technological process,quality of the products and logistics and other aspects,the new cylinder block production line achieves the original design purpose.Besides,after the construction of the new production line,another two production lines of the range have been upgraded,achieving the collinear production of 4 kinds of cylinder blocks,which realizes the initial assumption of building a flexible production line. |
