| A wide gap is existed in the wall material production industry between domestic level and international level, whether on the research and development of single equipment or on the science and the rationality of whole plant production system planning. Especially in the field of digital simulation technology for whole plant equipment, it's still totally blank in domestic. But it's widely used in the field of international building materials production. For this situation, with the purpose of speeding up the equipment development cycle of wall material equipment manufacturers, improving the rationality of whole plant planning and planning efficiency, enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises and promoting industrial upgrading, it's of great significance to research and develop the whole plant digital prototyping equipment and simulation technology of wall material manufacturing industry. The goal of this project is to develop a software for production line visual design and simulation. The completion of the project is described in the following aspects:Firstly, analyzed the problems that existing in domestic wall material manufacturing industry and the gap with the same industry in foreign countries, proposed using current three-dimensional visualization and simulation technology to deal with production line design and production process simulation.Secondly, according to the needs of some specific wall material manufacturing enterprise, do the architecture design and modular division of the software to be developed.Thirdly, studied and researched the operating mechanism of Virtools, combined with Visual Studio to create software framework based on Windows Form application, create equipment model library for the the entire production line, manage the equipment information with database.Fourthly, using Virtools developing methods to realize each module function of the software, and the function of copy or translation of the whole production line.Finally, with requirements of the design for a new wall material production line of a specific wall material manufacturer, using the virtual design software developed to design the overall layout, do the manufacturing process simulation of the production line through simulating the equipment motion. |
