With the continuous improvement of social living standards,people's spiritual and cultural life has changed,leisure has been given important significances and functions.The increase of leisure time improves people's quality of life and happiness;people's requirements for food and beverage are more diversified which is closely related to life.When we eat,we not only need food,but also begin to pay attention to the environmental layout,food space from the traditional focus on food quality to focus on food space atmosphere construction.In such a general situation,catering space needs to meet the spiritual needs of people,and different dining environment will produce different spatial patterns.As an important method of space construction,the experiential expression based on regional cultural elements will leave a deep impression on people compared with the traditional restaurant environment,and it creates a warm,mysterious,nostalgic and enthusiastic dining atmosphere for diners.The element of regional culture is a particular folk custom formed under the influence of historical precipitation in a region.The integration of regional elements into the design of modern dining space is not only a higher level of material and spiritual pursuit,but also conducive to heritage of history and culture,and improve the space atmosphere and restaurant environment qualityThe article is mainly explained in six parts: first,it briefly introduces the background and background of the research on the traditional cultural business space,and determines the content and direction of the research.The second chapter collects and sums up Chen Chu culture in Huaiyang,and deeply explores the connotation of Chen Chu culture.The third chapter analyzes the dining space space and summarizes the spatial design principles of the regional culture dining space.The fourth,fifth chapter,combined with the above research,combined with concrete practice cases,set up the multi-dimensional space design system of Chen Chu culture restaurant,put forward the cultural design of Huaiyang Chen Chu culture and catering space,and put forward the corresponding form design and application in combination with the multi dimension.The sixth chapter summarizes the research and design,and looks forward to the future development trend of the catering industry.In this paper,the cultural elements of Huaiyang is used as the starting point of food space research,to explore the catering space design model to meet the needs of current consumer groups.This paper probes into the renewal strategies and methods of the function and form of regional culture is the theme of food and beverage space.The evolution of culture,artistic conception,color and furnishings of dining space,the new direction of modern dining space development and the charm and value of traditional culture characteristic theme dining space are discussed through the relevant summary and analysis of characteristic dining space design.Pay attention to the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture in the development of modern dining space design,and combine art and technology.The design of experiential regional cultural space will be elevated to become a city indoor social activity center in which leisure entertainment and gourmet food complement each other.
