Xinjiang,a mysterious and beautiful place.It is located in the northwest frontier of China,people always mention Xinjiang is the first to think of the beautiful scenery,but it is difficult to remember it has a strong ethnic customs.Due to the obvious characteristics of the geographical environment,halal food and beverage industry in Xinjiang is very common.Since ancient times,Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region,showing a large living together,a small living style.Among them,the Uygur population accounts for about 48%of the total population in Xinjiang.Although the ethnic groups are closely linked in the long-term development,there are differences in customs,food culture,decorative style.Xinjiang Uygur catering culture has a unique and exotic,from all corners of the country’s tourists are attracted to the mysterious,but when the national culture taste into tourism consumption,while the pursuit of modernization but also not the loss of traditional culture.Although there are a lot of ethnic restaurants in Xinjiang,but in the dining space with the characteristics of the Uygur style restaurant is not seen.In recent years,was admitted to the Xinjiang College of minority college students more and more,the National University basically have halal canteen or Halal Restaurant,they need a respect for their religious beliefs of the dining space,not only can let them look for in the restaurant’s sense of belonging,but also can promote national unity.At present,in the Xinjiang area,the external environment and the interior space design of the Muslim restaurant in the university are very dull,the dining environment of the minority nationality has not reflected the national characteristic and the national culture at all.There are many factors affected the popular of XinJiang Uygur modern catering spacing design.The asymmetry of food culture and catering spacing design are very common in Urumqi.Moreover,the globalization also affected the regional and tradition culture.To be a good designer,how to use the traditional colour,moulding,unique designing methods and natural designing concept to appear the Uyghur catering culture isa mission and responsibility.In this paper,based on the reality,the key research is on XinJiang Uygur modern catering space design expression.By collating and inductive analysis method,summarizes the aesthetic characteristics and features of Uighur moden and traditional decorative elements,application of material,process,modelling,color,composition,grain and texture,combining modern catering space design principles and theory,the contemporary Uighur catering space design expression,to promote the decoration Uygur culture and design. |
