Reconstruction And Renewal Of Old Commercial Districts In Modern Cities

After the reform and opening up,especially in the past two decades,the rapid development of China's cities and the rise of the real estate industry have caused a huge change in urban fabric.A large number of old commercial streets with rich cultural and historical values have gradually disappeared along with the blind development of old neighborhoods,and a small part of the old commercial streets that can be preserved in modern cities also face development problems that keep pace with the times.As a typical representative of the old commercial street in Wuchang,Wuhan,Yanzhishanyifang District also faces the problem of reconstruction and renewal.This article takes the mentor's historical project "Wuchang Old Commercial Yanzhishanyifang District" as the research object,discusses the transformation and renewal of the actual project,and starts to think about the transformation and renewal of the old districts.The research work on this subject is divided into the following aspects: First,summarize the research on the old commercial streets at home and abroad,understand the theoretical and practical development status at home and abroad,and summarize their experiences;second,the literature on the Yanzhishanyifang District area The materials were checked,and the cultural value of the Yanzhishanyifang District was analyzed from four aspects: historical context,living culture,cultural and educational facilities,and church institutions.Third,the field survey and surveying and mapping of the Yanzhishanyifang District were carried out to analyze the status of Yanzhishanyifang District.At present,the environmental problems and business problems of Yanzhishanyifang District;finally,the reform strategy of Yanzhishanyifang District is proposed: coordinate the multiple architectural styles of the block in different periods;protect the historical buildings in the block and replace the functional rationality;Upgrade and upgrade;pay attention to the human ecological construction of the block.The innovation of this article lies in the fact that in the past many old commercial blocks were studied based on the good preservation of historical buildings in the blocks,but this article focuses on the study of old and new commercial blocks where buildings from different eras are mixed together.Different eras have different architectural styles,different levels of old and new,and different safety standards.It is necessary to coordinate not only aesthetically,but also security and practicality.To sum up,the thesis proposes the development problems and feasibility reconstruction strategies of old commercial streets.The purpose of this paper is to provide some methodological references and references for the reconstruction and renewal of old commercial streets of the same type in the future.
