Research On The Strategy Of Optimizing The Commercial Space Vitality Of Historic Districts In Changchun City From The Perspective Of Urban Rehabilitation

Historical blocks are an important carrier of urban culture and memory,and the commercial space in blocks is closely related to urban economic,cultural and social development.However,the functions and spatial layout of traditional commercial spaces are now difficult to adapt to changing consumer demands.Therefore,reshaping the vitality of the commercial space in the historic district has become an important part of the renewal and protection of the old city.At present,the domestic research on the vitality of the commercial space in historical districts mostly stays at the qualitative level,and the comprehensive research combined with quantitative analysis is slightly insufficient.In this context,this article selects the commercial space of the historical district in Changchun City during the Puppet Manchukuo period as the research object.Based on the existing research results,combined with the concept of micro-renewal of the old urban area advocated by the "city double repair",this article starts with the details of the historical district space Optimize strategies to lay the foundation for its subsequent planning and development and the creation of commercial space vitality.This article is divided into the following parts:First,based on the basis of literature reading,define the objects of the concepts of historical blocks,commercial space,and urban renewal mentioned in the paper,comb the relevant research theories,and propose the content and technical analysis of the components of spatial vitality from the macro to the micro level.The application in vitality research,combined with literature reading and on-site investigation,analyzes the existing problems in the commercial space of the historic district one by one.Secondly,explore from the macro level.Through the comparative analysis of the evolution process of the space structure and the change of the space vitality center,it explores the guiding effect of the historical evolution process on the development of commercial blocks.It is proposed to build a regional overall plan,strengthen the connection of commercial blocks,strengthen the continuity of the block context,and enhance the attractiveness of commercial spaces from the regional location and street characteristics.From the meso level,it analyzes the two aspects of the external representation of the vitality of the commercial space of the historic district and the distribution of the functional format,and explores the law of change and the relationship between the two.On the block scale,it is proposed to realize the enrichment of functional formats through the establishment of mixed blocks,the implantation of catalyst elements,and the location of differentiated formats.Finally,from the micro level,the street space accessibility and comprehensibility are analyzed,and the street space scale,public space nodes and street interface are analyzed based on the survey data to explore its impact on the vitality of commercial spaces.It is proposed to improve the accessibility and comprehensibility of street roads,and to build a people-vehicle diversion system to clear internal traffic nodes;by optimizing the spatial scale of streets,developing public spaces and introducing historical and cultural elements,creating a humanized commercial space environment with historical and cultural heritage.
