Research On Space Environment Design Of Overhead Layer Of Residential Area With Interactive Concept

The development of residential buildings and landscape is an important part of the living environment,which has been continuously developed and changed in recent years.In the early years,scientists focused on the pollution caused by urbanization.However,in recent years,psychologists realized that the high population density brought by urbanization had a negative impact on people's quality of life.In order to alleviate this situation,some buildings in residential areas were designed on stilts.In the aerial space of the residential ground,the interactive concept is introduced into the landscape design of the aerial layer of the residential area,which can effectively make up for the shortage of public activity space in the residential area and bring more layers to the greening of the residential area.At the same time,this unique public space also solves the phenomenon of indifferent neighborhood relations in urban life,enables people's physical and mental health development,and becomes one of the most frequent places for residents.This paper focuses on the research of how to apply the interactive concept to the spatial environment design of the aerial layer of residential district,so as to create a dynamic landscape environment for residents.This paper is mainly divided into four parts to discuss,the first part of the paper is an overview of the innovative point of interaction concept,through the analysis of the application of interaction concept in the relevant design field,extracted the value of interaction concept for residential landscape design.The second part mainly summarizes the spatial environment of the residential aerial layer,analyzes its particularity,and points out the limitations of the spatial environment design of the residential aerial layer.The third part combines the interactive concept with the spatial environment of the overhead layer of the residential area,and summarizes the five design principles and four design strategies of the spatial environment design of the overhead layer of the residential area with the concept of interactive design,so as to guide the design practice.The fourth part uses the above specific design principles and design strategies to guide the design practice of the Kirin-hui overhead floor space project in Hongrun,Lingshui,Hainan,in practice,starting from several aspects of residential stilt floor spaceenvironment design,and the interactive concept into the design,in order to enhance the vitality and dynamism of stilt floor space environment.
