The Overhead Layer Of High-rise Residential Buildings Based On Neighborhood Relationship Spatial Design Strategy

With the development of urbanization in China,the indifferent neighborhood relationship in high-rise residential buildings has become a hot social phenomenon nowadays.It is difficult for existing high-rise and high-density residential buildings to achieve a good neighborhood atmosphere by relying on architectural space design.However,the overhead floor space is the place where the residents contact with each other most,but it has not been effectively maximized.How to promote the neighborhood relationship of high-rise residential overhead floor space design has become a topic of discussion.Based on the neighbourhood relationship and space design of the overhead floors of high-rise residential buildings,this paper probes into two main problems to be solved,one is to improve the existing indifferent neighborhood atmosphere in high-rise residential buildings,the other is to solve the problem of waste of space resources caused by the unreasonable use of overhead floors space,so as to construct the communication between residents.Ties enhance the spiritual value of housing.Firstly,based on the theories of environmental psychology,environmental behavior,space design and related literatures,this paper discusses the relationship between the interaction behavior between residents and the Emotionalization of environmental space.Secondly,taking Wuhan as the research base,the paper makes a field visit to understand the constraints of the neighborhood relationship among high-rise residential residents,the use of existing overhead floors,the deep psychological needs of residents of different ages for the communication space,and then through the overall layout of the environmental space design system,infiltrating the outdoor links.The space design strategy of overhead floor space composed of omnipotent functional zoning and neighborhood intercourse is demonstrated through the design of overhead floor plan of Wuhan Banqiao Village Project,The ultimate goal is to promote neighborhood by using the design strategy of overhead floor space full-age overall layout,infiltration,outdoor and omnipotent functional zoning.In order to meet the modern people’s emotional needs for the living environment and promote the harmonious development of society,it is necessary to establish a harmonious community atmosphere.
